We ask for a deposit of £100 to confirm your booking, then Full payment to be made 8 weeks before departure. Deposit will be refunded on return of your holiday, if no breakages/damage has been made, and keys have been returned.
We ask you to respect our property and surrounding areas, and keep noise to a minimum after midnight.
We do have a washing machine for your use during your stay.
Cleaners will be available on request and at an extra charge. Ask for details.

The Estepona / Benamara area
Benamara, Dos Hermanas is a quiet beach side community, situated between San Pedro and Estepona and approximately 5 minutes from Puerto Banus with its luxury yachts, shops, restaurants and clubs.
This area is now considered to be the new "Golden Mile".
How to get there

From Malaga Airport it will take you 45-50 minutes to get to our apartment. When you leave the airport, take the A7 (CN-340) motorway in the direction of Algeciras. Always follow the signs A7 direction Estepona, Algeciras and Cadiz. There are 2 ways to get there so you will have to be vigilant looking at the road signs approx 5 miles into the A7 where it will split into a toll road. Don't take the toll route as it only cuts your journey by about 10 minutes and costs 4 euro's.
As you continue on the A7, you will cross Marbella, Puerto Banus and San Pedro de Alcantara. About 3km after you have passed San Pedro de Alcantara, you will see a hotel on your left hand side. The Crowne Plaza. After you have seen the hotel, take the next exit off to the right which will take you to a roundabout - exit Cancelada which is approx 2km from the hotel. Turn left at that roundabout which will bring you to another roundabout. Again, turn left there and head towards Marbella and Malaga as if you are going back on yourself. Once you are on the A7 again, take the 2nd exit off. The road you are now on, goes parallel to the A7 and will lead you directly passed the hotel. Take the turning on your right passed the Crowne Plaza. Follow the road for about 500 metres and Plaza Major is the 2nd turning right. Follow this all the way round and go through the tunnel. As you come through the tunnel, the apartment is the block that you look at on the left hand side, and is the last one on the right hand side. You will see 16B on the wall. Park up, and walk through the pathway, and up the stairs.

Everything about this apartment was perfect - the beautiful location, decor- flat screen tv and docking station, communication with owner, information pack received and even the fact that a new iron was delivered upon our arrival as the owner knew it had stopped working for the previous visitors! We will definitely be visiting again as I am sure will family and friends.

My mum booked this for myself, husband, 2 young children (aged 4 & 1) and my sister. We have been coming to Benemara for years but have always stayed in Benemara Gardens. This apartment was a great find as it was a lovely apartment, great size, perfect location and nice area.
The apartment has 2 good sized bedrooms, one with full bathroom and the other with ensuite shower room. The main bedroom was much bigger than I expected and was great as it had plenty of space even with the ttravel cot up. What was made even better was the travel cot was provided for us! There was fans in both rooms which also provided some comfort in the heat. The apartment was child friendly and there was some toys already there which was great and I felt I could relax and let my kids play about without the worry of them damaging anything. TV provided enough channels to keep the kids amused when needed.
The balcony was a good size with seating for up to 8 people on lovely patio furniture. There was also a brand new family sized barbeque! The balcony looked out over a lovely square which was lit up at night with a small water fountain and seating around it. Nice area and the woman who stayed downstairs was friendly.
The apartment is only about a 10 min walk from the local shop where you could get just about anything you would need. Also is within walking distance of restaurants/bars/beach.
Would definitely recommend this apartment. We found the owners very easy to deal with and they always responded to any questions/queries we had.

The apartment was in a prime location, spotlessly clean and ideal for a couple or family booking. The pool was huge, beach in easy reach and supermarket within a 5 minute walk. The owner was very helpful and provided detailed information about the apartment and the local area. We had a great holiday.
