Situated on the new golden mile, 5 minutes east of the town of Estepona, not far from the jet-set marina of Puerto Banus, approximately 10 minutes west of the town of Marbella, and only 3 minutes drive to the village of Cancelada.

Spacious lounge area with open plan dining area. Sliding patio doors provide access to ground floor terrace and private garden (access from both the lounge and the master bedroom) The second bedroom has sliding patio doors leading to a small private terrace. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a small dressing area and full en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a marble bathroom just beside it. Marble flooring, air conditioning and heating throughout. Fully fitted well equipped kitchen with seperate laundry room.

Located within the 4th Phase of the Costalita development, the property is accessed via a remote control security gate with guard, and has underground parking space. Within easy walking distance of several beach bar/restaurants, one of which is owned by the Ritz Carlton Hotel Viilapadierna. A supermarket and a petrol station with convenience store which is open 24 hours a day are both within a 5/10 minute walk. There are many restaurants to suit all tastes within easy reach of the develpment

The reservation will be secured by way of a 25% deposit with the remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit must also be made of £250 and will be returned following a satisfactory post departure inspection.
The Costa del Sol region
The Costa Del Sol is an all year-round destination enjoying mild winters and beautiful summers. One can enjoy every type of outdoor activity - golf, tennis, paddle tennis, watersports, horse-riding, mountain biking, etc. all within easy reach.
There is so much to explore - why not try the Old Town of Marbella with it's charming Orange Square (Plaza de los Naranjos).......
Mijas, a picturesque mountain village with fabulous views down to the coast, where the taxis are donkeys!
One can also visit the historic cities of Cordoba, Sevilla, and of course Granada with it's spectacular Alhambra Palace.
For the adventurous explorer - you can take a trip across to another continent, this can be done in a day by taking the express boat from Tarifa to Tangier, spending the day immersed in a totally different culture, wandering through the Souk and the Casbah...
Visit Malaga, the capital of the Costa del Sol and second largest city in Andalucia, with its old town and its beautiful cathedral.... especially charming during the Semana Santa (Holy Week) - which takes place throughout the week leading up to Easter Sunday. Visit the Picasso museum or have tapas in one of the many charming places you can so easily find tucked around every corner...
Visit the rock of Gibraltar, see the barbary apes, or do some duty free shopping.....
Explore the Atlantic beaches of Tarifa Windsurf capital of Europe, or take a boat ride to see the dolphins and whales off the coast..........

The Estepona / Costalita area
Costalita lies just below the village of La Cancelada where one can find a several good restaurants, a supermarket, a good butcher and a good grocery store.
Within 20 minutes drive of Costalita there are several championship/world renowned golf courses - Valderrama, San Roque, Sotogrande, Los Flamingos, Guadalmina, El Paraiso, Las Brisas, Aloha, La Quinta and Los Naranjos to name but a few!.
One can sample fresh Spanish mediterranean cuisine or fresh daily fish at many of the lovely "Chiringuitos" along the beach. .....
For the children in your party SELWO Adventure is a short drive away, there is a lovely sandy beach for endless picnics, games and fun as well as the huge swimming pool, SELWO Marina in Benalmadena (for dolphin and sea lion shows, and penguinarium, parrot shows), the ZOO in Fuengirola is also a must...........
Take an early evening drive to the village of Benahavis for stroll or a lovely dinner in one of their typical restaurants.....
Have brunch or dinner in the jet-set marina of Puerto Banus, or shop in it's many fabulous boutiques. Have coffee or a nice cold beer in Sinatras bar, the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by......
There really is much to discover all around, but then again - a nice relaxing time by the beach with a good book, witnessing the wonderful sunsets - that is not a bad option either!

This apartment far exceeded our expectations - the pictures do not do it justice!
The location is unbelievable,lovely beach and great pool on your doorstep.
We hardly left the complex - it was so relaxing. Strolled along to Pepe's or L'Antigua most evenings for drinks, a meal or both!
Very comfortably furnished and well equipped.
We are hoping to return next summer if it is available.

This apartment really is superb. Furnished to a very high standard, modern & immaculately clean. It is situated in Phase 4 of the Costalita complex inbetween Estepona and Marbella. There are only approx 80 apartments in the complex with a wonderful swimming pool purely for use by the guests/owners of the apartments. We found most days that there were only 3 or 4 other families around the pool. It is very peaceful. It is also very secure as you can only be let into the complex by a guard and there is a code entry to get in from the beach. There is a lifeguard present all day around the pool, so safe for everyone. We have stopped in the Costalita complex twice before and this was by far the best apartment we have stayed in. Some apartments you can get for cheaper, but it really is worth paying the extra money. It has everything you could need, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. We shopped at the local supermarket - Supersol which is a 10-15 minute walk, which is similar to most of our supermarkets here. We do not hire a car, we simply catch the local bus to various places eg Puerto Banus, Estapona, Marbella. It only costs around 1-2 euros each, and the buses are very regular and the bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
Louise the owner was so helpful right from booking our holiday nearly a year ago. Nothing was too much trouble and she arranged a welcome pack for us for when we arrived late at night. She can also arrange for a driver to pick you up from Malaga airport if you are not hiring a car.
I really would recommend this apartment. It was fantastic- 5 star, and we will definitely be going again.

We were looking for somewhere for a restful holiday in the Estepona area, and this definitely fitted the bill. The apartment itself is large, airy and very tastefully furnished. Everything that you could possibly need has been thought of and provided, and there are no other buildings between you and the sea (except a lovely swimming pool). The location is in a small, secluded and gated area of Costalita, so was used only by a handful of people. There was a good outside patio area as well as a small private garden. There were a couple of beach bars/restaurants a five minute stroll away, which I think are open all year round (and provide free wi-fi). We had a lovely holiday, made all the more enjoyable by the fact that the charming owners made every effort possible to ensure that we enjoyed out stay. I do hope that we will get the opportunity to return ...... soon.
