Home from home, we have furnished our apartment to a high standard to maximise your comfort and holiday experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances you would expect at home. There are two spacious bedrooms, a double room with en-suite and twin room.
The lounge/dining area, has 2 sumptuous sofas, coffee table with UK Satellite Freeview TV. Open the patio doors into our private ground floor garden to enjoy the sun with great views of the mountains to the left and the sea to the right.
Our apartment has patio doors and window shutters as well as extra grills for the security conscious amongst us. For your car there is a designated space in the secure underground car park beneath the apartment accessible via key fob.
Please note: Wi-Fi access, gym, sauna, golf driving and paddle tennis facilities are also available at the Country Club. (Wi-Fi access is free, all other facilities require payment)

The complex has several substantial outdoor pools. Some have children paddling pools attached and most are graded for diving. The closest pool to our apartment is a mere 30 metres away and is an infinity pool.
The rear private garden has sun from the morning until late afternoon, at which point the front garden is then bathed in sun from late afternoon till night.
Welcome packs can be arranged for an additional charge according to requirements. We have an onsite management company who is on hand for any help and assistance making sure your stay is enjoyable.
This is a non-smoking apartment (smoking is only permitted outside the property), pets are not welcome but we are wheelchair friendly.
Check-In time is 4pm onwards, but is flexible at certian times. Out of hours Check-in will cost an extra €20 (11pm to 8am). Check-out time is usually 10am but this can be flexible as long as there is no one else due to arrive the same day as you are leaving. So if no one else is booked in and you have a late flight on your day of departure then you can check out in the afternoon at no extra cost. Please let us know in advance so we can try to accommodate.
It is your responsibility to obtain Holiday or Travel Insurance. Please note that our apartment does NOT have a private safe facility this may affect your insurance policy. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items owned by the guest within the property for any reason.
In the unlikely event of your being forced to cancel your holiday, in full or in part, you should inform us by email. You remain responsible for the total cancellation charges of the booking. A cancellation will only be accepted from the person originally making the booking. The cancellation will take effect from the date that we receives the written cancellation notice by email. Cancellation charges are as follows:
From the date the booking is confirmed: 25% of the total price of the holiday.
84 – 57 days before arrival: 50% of the total price of the holiday.
56 – 43 days before arrival date: 75% of total price of holiday.
42 – 0 days before your arrival date: 100% of total price of holiday.

The Costa del Sol region
Costa del Sol means ‘Sun’ in Spanish. It can boast to have on average 320 days of sun, reasons for this is the coastline is sheltered by the surrounding high mountains and limited rainfall making it feel like summer all year round.
Albayt Costa Galera is situated between Estepona and Puerto de La Duquesa; both are only a short drive away with pretty beaches and marinas. The beautiful whitewashed village of Caseras is a 15 minute drive and the ancient town of Ronda, with its breath-taking views a further 45 minutes.
The region boasts lots of things to do and has something for everyone. Beaches are close and clean, the nearest being just 500 metres from the complex. There are several attractions close by to interest the whole family. Selwo Safari Park in Estepona with its animals roaming semi-wild is a great day out as is the Zoo in Fuengirola. There are also two Water Parks close by, one in Mijas Costa and the other in Torremolinos.
The vibrant towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus are both great for the serious shopper with many unique boutiques including all the expected high end fashion brands. Once the shopper has worn themselves out there are lots of bars and cafes for the weary shopper to sample. Both these towns have a great nightlife as well as cultural significance, which attract the most tourists.
This part of the Costa del Sol is also the golfer’s paradise. There are over 70 golf resorts within the whole Costa del Sol region with courses available to cater for all levels, from beginners to experts taking part in the most important competitions in the golfing world's calendar.
The famous Valderrama course is only 15 minutes away as is Estepona Golf, San Roque, Marbella, Atalaya, El Paraiso and Sontogrande. A Handicap Certificate is required by most Golf Courses. In our region alone we have hosted Tournaments such as the Ryder Cup, Volvo Masters and the World Match Play Championships. Many are links courses with stunning views across the Mediterranean to North Africa and Gibraltar.
The Estepona / Albayt Costa Galera Country Club area
Estepona has so much to offer. It has a large busy town centre with lots of shops, street cafés, bars and restaurants. There are fantastic sandy beaches stretching along the coast line for some 20 km and there are some smaller beach coves too, all of which have an array of very tasteful Chiringuitos. There is also the beautiful cosmopolitan Port of Estepona with its own share of cafés bars restaurants and entertainment. By night, as the bars wind down, the night clubs just get going so if you’re up for it, you can move on to the clubs, with some going through to 6 or 7 in the morning! Estepona is just 15 minutes west of Puerto Banus.
The complex has 8 communal Swimming pools (2 have large Chiringuito). These serve both hot & cold food and drinks .There are paddle tennis courts, a golf driving range with practice course and putting greens, all set in tropical landscaped gardens.
The resort has a unique clubhouse which offers a fully equipped gymnasium, indoor heated pool, thermal baths, sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and much more, including relaxation treatments. There are other on-site facilities such as internet access, email and fax service. The club has a beautiful restaurant with outside terracing that overlooks the golf and mountains. In front of the resort there is an English super market and the famous ‘La Casona restaurant.
Swimming in the sea is an available option as there is a beach 250 metres from the apartment. This can be reached on foot by crossing the N340 main road into the complex.

You can fly directly to Malaga or Gibraltar Airports. There are a number of airlines that service these airports some of their websites are listed below.
If required airport transfers to and from can also be arranged for an additional fee.
Malaga airport is only a 45 minute drive to the apartment on the AP7 toll road (don’t forget to get some Euros) followed by the A7 then N340 or you can reach it via the N340 Coastal road (add 30 minutes to the journey time).
Gibraltar Airport is a 30 minute drive once cleared through Spanish Customs which we have been told can be very slow.
For car hire I recommend www.stpaul-rentacar.com, they will meet you just outside of arrivals and escort you to the waiting car and there is no need to queue downstairs.

Cleaning Service Included: The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and immediately after your departure. Additional cleaning is charged at 15 Euro/hr.
Laundry service every 7 days, based on 4 guests.
Standard Booking Conditions:
A deposit of 25% (non-refundable) of the total rental amount is required in order for a booking to be confirmed. Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of these booking terms.
The balance, plus a refundable security/breakages deposit of 150 GBP, is due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
For bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, payment of the full amount is required at time of reservation.
Safety: The property has a number of private pools, tennis courts, a driving range and a 3 hole practice golf course.
Due care must be exercised when using these facilities. We and our agents cannot accept responsibility for any mishaps whatsoever and howsoever caused as a result of use of the pools, other facilities and the surrounding area.
Amendments to Booking: If you decide to change the details of the booking at a later date we will do our very best to make the changes requested.
All prices quoted are for the Apartment per week and include all taxes, bed linen, towels, electricity and water.
All of the facilities of the Country Club, many of which are free, are available to guests for the duration of their stay. Optional Temporary Membership is also available. This entitles you to discounts in the Restaurant and on the use of many of the chargeable services and facilities available in the Country Club, such as the Spa and Treatment Areas.
Payment can be made in several ways as follows:
