About the home

Fantastic 5 bedroom villa rental a short stroll from the beach. The villa is well furnished and has all you need, to enjoy a great holiday in the sun. The private pool is at the back on the villa and it is surrounded by 4 lounge areas where you can relax. There is also a pool bar and an outside toilet.

On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living room with a sofa area with flat screen TV with Sky satellite, DVD, CD player and a dining area. The modern kitchen is well equipped. There is also an office area with wi-fi internet connection. The villa has 5 bedrooms. 4 are on the 1st floor and 1 is on the ground floor. There are 4 double beds and 3 single beds in total. 3 bedrooms are en suite and two of these have Jacuzzi baths. On the first floor there is a large terrace where access can be gained from three of the bedrooms. The villa also has a safe, alarm system and private off street parking.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol stretches along just over 150 kilometres of Málaga province and is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. The area's mild climate is the root attraction that makes it possible to enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activities year round.

The whitewashed villages of Andalucia are impressive historical monuments in themselves, and their people still live according to age-old traditions, inherited from their Iberian, Roman and Moorish forefathers.

Many of the villages near the coast have become fashionable resorts, while still conserving their ancient charm, whereas others, lost in the highlands of Andalucia, remain rough and ready olive-farming towns, with a special appeal for the adventurous travellers.

Some of the best villages to explore are only half a day's car ride from the Costa del Sol, including Casares, Gaucin, Manilva, Benahavis, Istan, Ojen, Monda, Coín and Tolox.

From Guadalalmina to Cabopino, the Marbella coastline stretches along some 26 kilometres of sunny beaches bathed by the Mediterranean and where you can enjoy traditional fish and seafood favourites like sardines on a spit, fried fish and the incomparable paella. There are also two large parks in Marbella which provide some welcome shade to spend some time with a book.

The amphitheatre at Constitution Park (once the garden of a private residence) is frequently used for concerts and plays in the summer. Casinos, clubs and just about every sporting activity under the sun, few places can match Marbella for world class tennis, sailing and golf. There are also three pleasure craft harbours here.

The Estepona / El Presidente, Estepona area

The villa is situated in the luxury urbanization of El Presidente where you have a choice of 5 communal pools (1 heated) or the private pool of the villa. The 5 pools are situated in between the beautiful communal gardens and fountains.

If you prefer the sea it only takes 5 min to walk to the quiet beach where you will also find a small beach bar/restaurant (Chiringuito). El Presidente is located between Estepona and Puerto Banus (Marbella). There are very good local amenities including well stocked supermarkets, friendly bars, banks and sports facilities.

-We can help arrange Car hire or airport transfer (Cheaper than airport taxis)
-There is a bus from the Airport to Marbella Bus station. Please note that in peak season more often than not there are more travellers than buses provided!! Get there early.
-Taxis from the bus station to El Presidente are about 25 euros.

If pool heating is required during the low season there is an additional charge of €200 per week.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when booking the villa. The other 75% is due in 8 weeks before arrival to the villa. The minimum stay in the villa is 7 days.

Payments can be made via bank transfer.

We take a security deposit of €600 in cash on arrival to the house, this will be returned on departure after a thorough check of the house. We take an electric meter reading on arrival and departure from the house. A fair amount is included in the rent, but excessive use will be deducted from the security deposit.

You will be met by one of our representatives who lives near by with keys and shown around the house. There will also be a phone number given in case you need assistance during your stay.

Linen, beach & bath towels are provided.
