Superb, recently refurbished, front-line, South facing apartment, suitable for families of 2 adults and 2 children. Ideally located directly overlooking the beautiful marina, with the local tapas bars and restaurants within an easy two minute walk. Two E.C. Blue Flag beaches are just a leisurely five minute walk away and the traditional white walled Estepona old town with its stunning, traditional plaza's is also on the doorstep.

The apartment has a large open balcony, comfortably seating four people, providing panoramic views of the marina, the traditional white walled town, Gibraltar and also North Africa.

Comprehensively furnished including fully fitted kitchen with four-ring cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, washing machine, etc. Our goal has been to provide a home from home for our guests, within one of the most beautiful, unspoilt and typically Spanish areas of the Costa del Sol.

The recent refurbishment included new double glazed windows throughout, a new bathroom, a new tiled floor and new fixtures and fittings including all furniture, furnishings and linen.

The apartment has recently undergone a full refurbishment including new double glazed windows throughout, a new bathroom, a new tiled floor and new fixtures and fittings including all furniture, furnishings and linen.

The lounge has a TV with UKTV and DVD player.

The sofa bed can be used as a large double bed with appropriate bedding available. Also, if required, a cot can generally be made available at no extra cost - Please ask for availability.

The bedroom has fitted wardrobes thus providing plentiful storage and a ceiling fan is also fitted to keep you cool even on the hottest days. The bedroom also overlooks the marina and therefore has amazing sea views. Waking up with the sunrise is a special treat but the two sets of double glazing and storm shutters make lazy lie in's simple also.

An outside balcony provides comfortable seating for four people where you can sit in the sun and marvel at the sensational views of the Marina. The ideal place to relax and recharge the batteries!

The Andalucia region

Puerto Paraiso is ideally situated overlooking the marina in the heart of Estepona's thriving fishing port & marina. Cristo Beach (5 minutes west of the apartment) is a delightful oyster-shaped cove of sheltered, gently shelving sand, ideal for children and La Rada Beach (5 minutes East of the apartment) runs for 2km past the old town and is a lovely walk along the promenade (Paseo Maritimo). For many years both beaches have been awarded EC Blue Flag status for cleanliness and safety and in high season are manned daily with lifeguards. They also have well maintained toilet and shower facilities and a choice of chiringuitos (beach front restaurants) with a true Spanish feel. Ideal for spending a full day on the beach!

Within a few minutes walk you will find several supermarkets and shops and the local tapas bars and restaurants are situated in Estepona Marina an easy 2 minutes walk away.

Estepona, due to its natural environment, surrounded by the sea and Sierra Bermeja mountains, enjoys a microclimate with over 325 days of sunshine per year and also lovely mild winters. A perfect escape for some winter sun.


Estepona has many facets which makes it a popular holiday destination for those looking for a relaxing break to unwind, eat well, have a cool drink and chill out people watching. It has 2 EC Blue Flag beaches, a popular marina area with many tapas bars and restaurants and a lovely white walled town with a pedestrianised shopping area. All within a 10 minute walk.

Some areas of interest that you may wish to visit are:

Gibraltar - Only 35 minutes drive from Estepona (amd on the local bus route), Gibraltar is a sunny, VAT-free haven where you can find duty free bargains from electronic equipment & jewellery to leather & perfumes & haggling is encouraged! Make sure you don't miss the spectacular natural caverns of St. Michael's Caves or visit the Ape's Den, home to some of Gibraltar's famous Barbary Apes, the only free-to-roam primates in Europe. Watch out for monkey business as they can be mischievous and have been known to pick the occasional pocket looking for treats.

Puerto Banus - Puerto Banus is about 25 minutes drive away. It has a large number of designer stores including Versace and Armani. Perfect for millionaire spotting and you may also see a famous face in the port as a number of Hollywood stars have summer homes there.

Laguna Village - A stunning high class shopping experience just 10 minutes drive away. Whether spending an extravagant day at the beach club, shopping in the designer stores or spending time in the luxurious bars and restaurants then Laguna Village ( is the ideal place.

Selwo Safari Park - Only 20 minutes drive away and on the public transport route, Selwo is ideal for the perfect family day out. The park is based on an African safari park and houses 2000 animals from giraffes to panthers in semi-wild conditions. Like Jurassic Park, large open sided lorries drive you through the various animal enclosures and up into the hills above Estepona. There are elephants, bears, hippos and so much more to see. In the summer, cover up as it can get very hot and there is not much shelter.

Golf - There are over 20 courses within a 45 minute drive. The local Estepona Golf Club ( is reasonably priced between 20 - 60 euro's for a round and the Sunday Express regarded their greens as some of the best on the Costa Del Sol. Also Monte Mayor Golf and Country Club ( with its exciting fairway winding through dramatic gullies, ravines and streams, offers a superb challenge to even the most experienced golfers.

Also trips to beautiful Ronda, Tarifa and Casares are recommended if you have time. Or why not try Tangiers, North Africa which is only a 30-45 minute ferry crossing away.

"We were so pleased with our stay that we bought our own apartment.."

My husband and I came to the Costa del Sol to check out potential towns where we might like to buy a property. We chose to stay in Estepona since a friend had spent the night here a long time ago. The apartment we found is immaculate on the inside and enjoys amazing views on the outside. We were met by Sue who furnished the fridge with good things such as wine, beer, water and bread, and showed us around the freshly decorated flat.. Our first lunch we enjoyed at the very rustic but fantastic fish restaurant in the harbour, Los Escarolles, recommended by Andy Loftus in his extensive information guide. We actually ate four meals there. The very best thing about this apartment is the views! You wake up to a beautiful sunrise and just have to take yet another photo. Just sitting on the balcony watching the comings and goings in the port seems very meaningful. Hungry? Two minutes to two supermarkets, one has a huge selection of fresh produce. Two minutes to a wide range of eating places. Some of them were closed for the winter when we were there but we enjoyed Thai and Italian food as well as fish. We had daytrips to Ronda, Gibraltar and Malaga. Very reasonable rental car with GoldCar. As I mentioned in the title, we were so inspired by Estepona and the apartment, that we have decided to buy a property in the same aparment block. With excellent help from an estate agent and a Norwegian-speaking Spanish lawyer in Marbella, paper work is now underway and we hope to sign the documents very soon. This must be the best recommendation! We are looking forward to spending more time in this charming town and enjoying beach life - as well as all the sight of Andalucia - in the near future.

"All you could wish for in an Apartment"

Wonderful apartment, wonderful location, fantastic views, home from home, great local restaurants, ideal location for exploring the surrounding area, must visit Gibraltar, Rhonda and Casares. "Lovely apartment in a lovely town"

We had a delightful week long stay in this apartment in Estepona. The apartment was easy to get to and when we arrived we were met by Sue who let us in and showed us around, answering the questions we had. The location was perfect, 5 minutes away from two beaches, we would recommend El Christo, and within short walk of the old town. The apartment itself was light and spacious, and very comfortable. The balcony had great views and was a nice place to have meals. Estepona is well situated, and we went on two day trips, one to Gibraltar and one to Selwo which were both very fun. We did not have a car but this was not a problem. Overall a very nice stay and we hope to return. Ben and Rosie

"A perfect home away"

My husband and I spendt one month in this apartment with our 6 month old daughter, and it was perfect for us. The location was great, with a lot of resturants and cafe`s right outside the building, many whitch had takeaway, and ten minutes walk to estepona town. We had a rentalcar when er were there, and got our own free parkinglot with the apartment just a minute from the front door. The kitchen contained all that we needed to make food for us and the baby. Great view from the balcony. I would highly recomend this apartment.

As the apartment overlooks the Marina it benefits from superb sea views and also as it is close to all you need to enjoy a relaxing break you don't have to use the car. However, in the busy periods, the private road upon which the apartment is situated can get busy and as parking is on a first come - first served basis we have rented a private parking space 50m from the apartment building to remove any possible hassle for our guests and it is great to hear that this has helped our guests enjoy their stay with us.

"Superb apartment in great location"

We use this apartment every year for our holidays and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. The apartment is modern, bright and furnished to a very high standard and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The view from the balcony looks out over the marina and is great for watching the world go by.The other thing we like is that the owners are flexible with start and finish dates which suits us.We now look upon this apartment as our home from home and look forward to spending many more holidays here.There are many varied restaurants in the marina, our favourite is La Taberna Del Peurto which is a traditional Spanish tapas bar serving great food. The town of Estepona is a short stroll away which is enjoyable early evening, stopping of at the numerous beach bars on the way for a beer or coffee.
