Estepona / Costalita area
COSTALITA is a magnificent little enclave in a beautiful area between Estepona and Puerto Banus.
Built in the old Andalucian style these 6 phases have ensured that the true character of the area has not been spoilt. You can move around within the beautiful sub-tropical gardens and follow the path that meanders gently down to the beach. The "catch of the day" is a must down at the beach bars!
It is surrounded by golf courses and by one of the best beaches of the coast. The closest village is Cancelada, which has some excellent restaurants. We would recommend that you hire a car to get the best out of your holiday as there are many wonderful places to visit.
Just a few Km away you will find ESTEPONA is one of the few coastal towns that has succeeded in maintaining its pueblo charm and character, despite the onslaught of tourism. Notwithstanding, all the tourist facilities are here, including hotels, restaurants, leisure and cultural activities, and shops.
With an overall population of 37,000, the 'old town', as it is known, is a bustling and atmospheric centre.
The flip side is that the numerous street cafes and tapas bars still serve traditional Spanish delicacies and the steep, cobbled, narrow streets seem more suited to horses than cars. You'll also find unusual shops and bodegas in Estepona, where you'd least expect them, all very inviting, very friendly - and very cheap!
How to get there
Nearest Airports - Malaga 30-40 mins drive. Gibraltar also under an hour away.
Also fly to Granada or Seville for much cheaper flights with Ryanair! Two and a half hour drive though.

Further details indoors: We would like to welcome you to our home in Spain. You will find those little extras that you don't usually get in a rental property.
The DVD player is an all in one, so you can take your ipod with you and play your own music, we have left a little of collection of movies to watch although Sky Movies and Sport is available. XBOX is available too.
As the property is not just for rental, you will find that the beds are really comfy. A sprung comfortable 5ft kingsize sofabed is available if there are more than 4 of you staying (linens nominal surcharge).
If al fresco dining is your scene, we have a table and 6 chairs outside, so you can choose where you relax and dine! A dining table for 6 is also inside.
We are well equipped for small children and babies, we have a travel cot, bed guard and highchair available to hire.
Our luxury 2 bed 2 bathroom air conditioned apartment is set in the most beautiful gardens, overlooking the pool.

Fitted out to a very high standard, with all the home comforts. A spacious living/dining room leads out to the terrace which overlooks the beautiful swimming pool.
The two bedrooms have twin beds which can be set up as singles or super kingsize 6ft. Plenty of drawer space and large fitted wardrobes and wall hangers will ensure that there are no fall outs over who can successfully get their clothes unpacked!
The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a fantastic shower over the bath, and a separate toilet and bidet room. The second bedroom has access to the family bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and bidet. Both bathrooms are fully tiled in beautiful marble and have underfloor heating.
The kitchen is genorously fitted with all you need to enjoy cooking at home if you prefer. No shortage of pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, salad bowls, mixing bowls etc will ensure that you CAN actually use the dishwasher provided! Citrus press, coffee grinder, cafetiere - all you need for that perfect start to the day!
The utility area has a washing machine and condensing dryer, we provide bedding and linen for 4 people. We have , a 5ft luxury sofabed for occasional use and a supplement is payable for extra guests to cover extra costs.
Further details outdoors: The entire complex is beautifully landscaped with a pathway leading all around and to the beach - there is one bridge on the way to the beach which could prove a little difficult for wheelchair users, but on the whole is is an easy walk with beautiful ponds full of wildlife - a delight both during the day and at night!

Final cleaning (upto the normal 3 hours) and weekly linen change at the end of your holiday are included in the price. Extra cleaning services are available directly with the agent, as are chauffeur services.
Beach towels are not provided , but should you require one at extra cost please request them. Please do not use the apartment towels for either the beach or swimming pool.
A deposit of 20% is required on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made within 10 weeks of departure date A refundable security deposit of €250.00 is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 14 days of return of the apartment keys to us providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.
Conditions
Booking deposit of 25% (minimum £200) required with each booking (non refundable). Full payment to be made within 8 weeks of start of booking. If the booking is less than 8 weeks away, full payment will be required at the time of the booking. A fully refundable damage deposit will also be required at the time of full payment. We are happy to consider mid week breaks or long weekends depending on the time of year and availability.
Changeover day flexible - except Sundays. Under special circumstances we can book Sundays.
