We welcome you to our home in Spain! If you are looking for a holiday apartment with all of the extras you don't usually find in a rental property, look no further!
We have two comfortable bedrooms both with a luxury marble bathroom with under-floor heating, a spacious living room with contemporary glass and oak furniture. A wonderful dining table with leather chairs for six is available if you like formal dining, but if you prefer to eat on the balcony and look at the mountains and pool—six can also sit comfortably too!
We have Sky Sports & Movies in the living room and a DVD player with ipod connector in the master bedrooms, so the family can spread out a bit, which is always a bonus! You will find a little of collection of movies to watch and there is an XBOX available too (although this can be hidden to order!)
As the property is not just for rental, you will find that the beds are really comfy. A luxury sprung 5ft king-size sofa-bed is available if there are more than 4 of you staying (extra linens surcharge). We are well equipped for small children and babies, we have a travel cot, bed guard and highchair available to hire.

Fitted out to a very high standard, with all the home comforts, the spacious living/dining room leads out to the terrace which overlooks the beautiful swimming pool.
The two bedrooms have twin beds which can be set up as singles or super king-size 6ft. Plenty of drawer space and large fitted wardrobes and wall hangers will ensure that there are no fall outs over who can successfully get their clothes unpacked!
The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a fantastic shower over the bath, and a separate toilet and bidet room. The second bedroom has access to the family bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and bidet. Both bathrooms are fully tiled in beautiful marble and have under-floor heating.
The kitchen is generously fitted with all you need to enjoy cooking at home if you prefer. No shortage of pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, salad bowls, mixing bowls etc will ensure that you CAN actually use the dishwasher provided! Citrus press, coffee grinder, cafetiere - all you need for that perfect start to the day! The utility area has a washing machine and condensing dryer.
We book up very quickly in the summer, so if you are planning your 2011 holiday it is not too early to phone us! In the winter the weather can be incredible—and with the great deals we can offer for longer winter bookings you may as well save on your winter fuel bills !

The entire complex is beautifully landscaped with a pathway leading all around and to the beach - there is one bridge on the way to the beach which could prove a little difficult for wheelchair users, but on the whole is is an easy walk with beautiful ponds full of wildlife - a delight both during the day and at night!

Final cleaning (upto the normal 3 hours) and weekly linen change at the end of your holiday are included in the price. Extra cleaning services are available directly with the agent, as are chauffeur services.
Beach towels are not provided , but should you require one at extra cost please request them.
Please do not use the apartment towels for either the beach or swimming pool.
A deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made within 10 weeks of departure date A refundable excess cleaning/breakages bond of £200 is required. It will be refunded subject to an inspection by our Manager.
Conditions
Booking deposit of 25% (minimum £200) required with each booking (non refundable). Full payment to be made within 8 weeks of start of booking. If the booking is less than 8 weeks away, full payment will be required at the time of the booking. A fully refundable damage deposit will also be required at the time of full payment.
We are happy to consider mid week breaks or long weekends depending on the time of year and availability.
Changeover day flexible - except Sundays. Under special circumstances we can book Sundays.

The Costa del Sol region


Andalucia, this region of Costa Del Sol is steeped in history. You will be able to explore the most beautiful countryside, it has olive and citrus groves, mountains and Europe´s most Southerly snow ski resort in the Sierra Nevada.
Less than 2 hours drive away. ''within easy driving distance you will find historic cities like Seville, Granada, Cordoba, Cadiz. With miles of beautiful beaches, some rugged and wild, others the picture of serenity you will not be disappointed!
If Golf is your game you will be spoilt for choice! With more golf courses nearby than you could play in one holiday the choice of venue is endless.!

The Estepona / Costalita area
COSTALITA is a magnificent little enclave in a beautiful area between Estepona and Puerto Banus.
Built in the old Andalucian style these 6 phases have ensured that the true character of the area has not been spoilt. You can move around within the beautiful sub-tropical gardens and follow the path that meanders gently down to the beach. The "catch of the day" is a must down at the beach bars!
It is surrounded by golf courses and by one of the best beaches of the coast. The closest village is Cancelada, which has some excellent restaurants. We would recommend that you hire a car to get the best out of your holiday as there are many wonderful places to visit.
Just a few Km away you will find ESTEPONA is one of the few coastal towns that has succeeded in maintaining its pueblo charm and character, despite the onslaught of tourism. Notwithstanding, all the tourist facilities are here, including hotels, restaurants, leisure and cultural activities, and shops.
With an overall population of 37,000, the 'old town', as it is known, is a bustling and atmospheric centre.
The flip side is that the numerous street cafes and tapas bars still serve traditional Spanish delicacies and the steep, cobbled, narrow streets seem more suited to horses than cars. You'll also find unusual shops and bodegas in Estepona, where you'd least expect them, all very inviting, very friendly - and very cheap!

We had full directions from the airport - we vaguely knew the area, but had never been to Costalita before - it is a very pretty area. Good meet and greet service and the apartment had everything we could have thought of including a safe, which you don't always find. Everything was really high quality and just as described on the website. Plenty of restaurants, but we cooked out on the balcony for quite a few meals which was really nice. Excellent supermarkets are nearby and newspapers, milk and hot bread very close for the mornings. Although the amenities were close by the actual area is really peaceful, no noice and we had the pool area to ourselves - although I am sure it is busier in the summer months. We really could not fault anything and we plan to return next year. We had a spacious luxury apartment for much less we would have had to pay at the local hotel - but had all the self catering facilities. |

This apartment is situated on the 1st floor in the newest Phase 6 of the Costa Lita complex. We stayed in an apartment last year in phase 5 which we thought couldn't be beaten, but this one did by a mile. Lovely view over the pool. Furnishings etc all lovely. Immaculately clean. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could need- from coffee perculators, juicers, to baking tins, tuppleware etc etc. What was nice was that there was plenty of plates, bowls, and cutlery. The apartment we had stayed in before simply had 6 plates, 6 sets of knives and forks. This appartment has at least 10-12 plates and the same amounts of cultlery. This means you can just put your plates in the dish washer and not have to wash up after every meal. We liked the bbq/griddle which we used on the patio and enjoyed many a nice steak cooked upon it in the evenings. I would highly recommend this apartment- no complaints whatsoever and we will definately go back. The Costalita complex is lovely- quiet, no noisy bars in surrounding area. You can walk along the beach to some nice bars or the local village of Cancelada has 3 nice restaurants. Pools all lovely, gardens amazing- you feel like you are in your own little tropical paradise. Definately would recommend. |

Hi Helen, Please book us straight in for next year! We loved it - this is our fifth year to Costalita and we love it as much as ever. The children were happy - they found the XBOX by the way! It was great to have British TV and that comfy lounge for the evenings we stayed in - thanks for letting us use the sofabed - that was very comfortable too. Pepe's beach bar was a good as ever and I see a few new places have opened up. Thank you thank you and we will be in touch.

This was our first visit to Costalita but it won't be our last! We could not have been more comfortable - your apartment offered EVERYTHING we wished for. I cannot think of a better place to stay - easy reach of the beach for the kids - they loved being by the pool too - while we sat and had our drinks on the balcony - perfect!
