All the rooms are a good size with plenty of wardrobe space.

The en-suite bathroom is a full bathroom finished in marble.

The family bathroom is also a full bathroom and there is w.c. located between the lounge and the kitchen.

Despite the march of development, the area still has the ambience of Andalucia, the most 'Spanish' of all regions and you do not have to venture far from your holiday home to encounter local ferias, fiestas and romerias - the scent of Jasmine is in the air, inexpensive wine is flowing freely- come and enjoy!


Estepona is a very pleasant town 16 miles west of Marbella, with a long seafront promenade, perfect for those sunset strolls in the balmy summer evenings. It has a wide sandy beach and a fishing port where you can watch local fishermen unloading their catch from their colourful boats, but you will have to be up early for the fish auction!

The pretty main square has numerous cafes and restaurants to choose from amid remnants of old castle walls and traditional whitewashed buildings with their balconies of scented flowers. There is a good mix of shops and the area is particularly popular with families. For those seeking nighlife, the exclusive piano bars and clubs of Puerto Banus are 10-15 minutes by car.

Or take a short drive to Gibralter to see the famous apes and the beautiful St. Michael´s caves with fantastic views over to the coastline of Africa.

Selwo safari park is located nearby and is popular with both children and adults.

A huge range of watersports are available right along the coast.

Dolphin spotting and /or fishing boat trips are available locally.

The near by upmarket resort of Sotogrande has a full programme of Polo in the season.
