We have BROADBAND, SKY, DVD/VIDEO & PLAYSTATION. You will find there are also a collection of movies to watch and should you want, there are games to play on the Playstation too.
You will find this apartment is fitted out to a high standard - with all home comforts and our Living/Dining Room leads out through double Patio Doors onto a south-west facing covered Terrace. This Terrace overlooks the Pool (which is illuminated at night) and beautiful Landscaped Gardens. Our apartment is equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing holiday.
Automatic gates access a Private Underground Parking Space with Lift directly to the front door.
The Kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you would need to enjoy cooking at home, if you prefer. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, cafetiere, citrus juicer, liquidiser and a microwave and dishwasher.
Our luxury two bed/two bath air-conditioned apartment is set in the most beautiful well kept Gardens which overlook the Communal Pool (with Showers/Toilets and changing facilities). There are ample sunbeds to relax around the Pool and if you prefer the beach, two minutes stroll through the delightful Gardens takes you to the private gated access to the Beach and Beach Bars offering food and drink all day long.
The new Villa Padierna Tennis Club open to the Public is just across the road and both the 5* Hotel Playabella and also the Villacana Complex are located a short stroll away and are ideal for some occasional entertainment. There is a large Supermarket, Bank and several Restaurants within an easy 5-10 minute walk and the local Garage, 5 minutes walk away also sells fresh bread, croissants, English papers and lots of every day items.

24 hour Security, Secure Gated Underground Parking

The entire complex is beautifully landscaped - path leads all around the complex and with direct gated (coded)acess to the beach. On this path there are lovely ponds full of wildlife, including frogs, turtles and we even have a duck and drake! There is one little wooden bridge which might prove a little difficult for wheelchair users, but on the whole is an easy 2 minute stroll to the beach.
A deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made within 10 weeks of departure date A refundable excess cleaning/breakages bond of £250 is required., taken by debit/credit refunded 7-10 days following an inspection by our Manager.
The rental is based on four people sharing, for extra people, there is a supplement of £30.00 for extra linen.
Extra cleaning services/linen changes are available directly with the agent (please enquire for details) as are chauffeur services.
Beach towels are not provided , but should you require one at extra cost please request them.
Please do not use the apartment towels for either the beach or swimming pool.
Blipper available for Underground Car Parking - These are very expensive and hard to replace - All lost keys will be charged for.
The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol is one of the most popular places in Spain, it has miles of beautiful sandy beaches and more than 300 days a year of fantastic weather . The Costa del Sol caters for all age groups and there is plenty to do for everyone, whether you want to visit Theme/Water or Safari Parks with the family or take in some horse riding/fishing , enjoy a round of golf on one of the fantastic golf courses or maybe visit one of the historic mountain villages like Benahavis for a spot of sightseeing and lunch.
One of the most popular areas is Puerto Banus, just 7 km from the Costalita Urbanisation, where there are numerous top class designer boutiques and shops and restaurants and bars offering every type of cuisine. Puerto Banus is a great place to take a coffee and watch the world go whilst doing a bit of celebrity spotting.
In the winter months, in less than 2 hours you could also be ski-ing in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
Costalita is a Luxury Complex located between San Pedro and Estepona, 7 kilometres from Puerto Banus and only 10 minutes by car/taxi or bus. The beach is accessed by a 2 minute stroll along a path that meanders through beautiful Landscaped Gardens with ponds and is within easy walking distance of all facilities including Bars, Restaurants, Banks, Supermarkets.
Cancelada Village along the road has some very good restaurants. However, we would recommend that you hire a car to get the best out of your holiday as Costalita is very well located only 10 minutes by car from the lively "jet set" area of Puerta Banus and the quieter old town of Estepona. Also Gibraltar, only 30 mins by car, Seville etc.
In Estepona there is a beautiful new Promenade with ample Underground Parking and numerous cafes to stop and "people watch" and there is also a weekly Sunday Market held at the Port. Fishing trips can also be booked at the Port.
You could take the scenic trip to the Sierra Nevada which is about 1.5 hours away where there are lovely mountain walks in the Summer and excellent downhill ski-ing in the winter - it is even possible to sit on the beach at Costalita in the morning and be ski-ing at Sierra Nevada in the afternoon, or visit Granada and the Alhambra Palace.
For Golfers, there are over 50 internationally acclaimed golf courses. There are Costa del Sol golf courses to suit all levels of players and they are set in some beautiful surroundings, many with views of the sea and mountains.. Los Flamingos is right on your doorstep!
