3 BED VILLA ON THE BEACH, IF YOU THROW A STONE FROM MY TERRACE IT WILL LAND IN THE MEDITERRANAEN SEA, fully refurbished 2 large terraces BBQ 2 double beds 2 single beds 2 bed sofas very spacious villa very relaxing tranquil place private sun bathing on top terrace. Fully renovated 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower, 2 lounges with an open log fire and complete kitchen fully equipped oven hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc etc. Villa Abdul is situated directly in front of the sea. Throw a stone from my terrace and you will land in the Mediterranean sea The two large terraces have unspoilt views of Gibraltar and Africa in the far distance on a clear day.2 bathrooms and WC s , communial swimming pool. Communal tennis court. Ample Parking for free.

The villa will sleep 5 persons, 2 double beds and 2 single beds altogether 3 bedrooms, we can only provide facility for 5, (dining chairs, plates, cups, towels, linen etc). should there be more than 5 guests then please inform us to discuss the arrangement with us. For an extra charge we can arrange the 6th person facility.

    This visit was during the very high unusual rain fall which has never been seen here in Spain previously. Majority of the houses had leaks due to this high rainfall. Cars were swept off the roads and down the banks. some houses lost their roofs so we had been fortunate to get away with a mere drip of water. This house has long been fully painted and any faults repaired . The guests are enjoying this fantastic villa on the sea front with marvellous 360 degree of sea views.
