About the home

This distinctive architect designed detached villa is conveniently located in the Cancelada urbanisation of Estepona being within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants.

The accommodation, which is on two levels, comprises briefly on the ground floor of a very large separate lounge having feature enclosed wood burner and two sets of double patio doors to the sun terrace. This light and airy room has a high ceiling with large windows, comfy modern settees, a Satellite TV, DVD player and a music system.

Adjacent is a spacious open plan kitchen / dining room with a range of modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob. A separate utility room houses the washing machine.

Double doors from the lounge and dining area give access to an extensive terrace that surrounds the 8m x 3.5m swimming pool. To one side there is a separate wooden covered area to give shade and a portable BBQ to enjoy ‘alfresco’ dining. Good quality patio furniture, sun beds and a parasol are provided. Within the grounds there are various trees and shrubs in the typical ornamental gardens. The distinctive villa with its convenient location is idea for a relaxing family holiday by the sea.
