The apartment is situated within the exclusive urbanisation Belgravia. This is a small development of mainly town houses and a few apartments set in the grounds of a colonial style villa, previously the residence of the Ambassador of Morocco. The . The apartment has a balcony overlooking the beautifully kept gardens with partial sea views. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, the second bedroom has twin beds and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a lounge/dining area with sofas and dining table for 6 and TV / DVD. The kitchen is comprehensively fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, full oven and grill. There is secure parking within the grounds. The apartment is just a stones throw from the lovely port of Estepona where a wealth of bars and restaurants can be found. The beautiful beach, El Cristo, with Blue Flag status is 300metres away. Also within a 2 minute walk are 2 local supermarkets.

The apartment has just been recently refurnished and is tastefully decorated, with marble floors throughout, and the lounge and second bedroom benefit from air-conditioning. The master bedroom is en suite and within the bathroom is a hand wash basin, toilet and shower. The second bathroom has a handwash basin, toilet and shower. All linen and towels are included (except beach towels). A travel cot is available upon request (no linen provided for the travel cot). Electricity is included within the price quoted. In addition to the two bedrooms, a z bed is stored in the master bedroom. This can either be used in the master bedroom or lounge area. Access to the apartment is by either lift or stairs.

The development is fully secure and benefits from its own parking area. The swimming pool is set within the beautiful gardens with loungers for the use of guests and residents. There is a fantastic BBQ area which can be reserved free of charge for your private use. Within Belgravia's beautiful grounds are tranquil gardens, patios and fountains, and views over the marina and as far as Gibraltar. With every amenity within comfortable walkng distance, a car is not essential.

The Costa del Sol region


The port of Estepona is one of the most sought after locations for holidaymakers when visiting Estepona, with an abundance of restaurants and bars. The town centre is a 10 minute stroll away from the apartment and is still unique in retaining its Spanish heritage with pretty plazas. In addition to this, Estepona has 2 main beaches, both with Blue Flag status. El Cristo Beach is a small bay approximately 300 metres from the apartment, La Rada Beach is only a 10 minute walk from the apartment and is more than 1 km long. . Both beaches have Chiringuitos (beach bars and restaurants) and lifeguards in season.
The Estepona / Estepona Puerto/Marina area
The apartment is an ideal location for playing golf with the following courses in the vicinity - Estepona, Valderrama, La Duquesa, Sotogrande.
The Selwo Adventure Park is a great day out and only a 10 minute drive away. Gibraltar is 30 minutes drive away, where you can go on a tour of the rock and see the famous apes - or enjoy the tax free shopping!!! The sophisticated resorts of Puerto Banus & Marbella are a 15/20 minute drive away with its new harbour, great shops and ideal for people watching!! Ronda is an hours drive away with spectacular views - well worth a visit.
Selwo Marina is 50 minutes away at Benalmadena – The park is quite small however there are dolphin & sea lions shows.
Istán is approximately 45 minutes away. The village is beneath the Sierra Blanca at the head of the valley of the rio Verde. Istán's streets are extremely narrow. The only sensible way to experience it is on foot. There is a free public car park as you enter into Istán
As you walk through the village you constantly hear the sound of water running from its drinking fountains. Istán stands close to the huge reservoir created by the Presa de la Concepción dam, which was built in 1972. The water feeding Istán's fountains, however, is pure, and of the unprocessed mountain variety which was much prized long before the coming of the dam.
There is a small hilly rise to the west of the village set in a park where you have good views of the village and spectacular views of the Sierra Blanca and lake.
Casares is a picture postcard village which is well worth a visit. It takes approximately 30 minutes to drive there along a mountain road. As you turn a bend you have a spectacular view to your left of the village. There is a restaurant here, La Terraza where you can park your car and take one of the footpaths down into the village. If you miss this restaurant there are other bars a little further along where you can park.
Alhambra in Granada, is definitely worth a visit, if you have the time. It will take you a little over 2 hours to get there by car. It can be done in a day, however I would recommend you leave Estepona early morning. You need to leave yourselves at least 3 hours to walk around Alhambra. Please note you have to purchase tickets to enter, prior to going (via the internet) do not just turn up on the day. When we went we arranged to stay overnight in a hotel close to Alhambra and went into Alhambra early the following day.

This is the second time we have stayed in this complex and have enjoyed it both times. My wife is paralysed down one side and is bound to a wheelchair. However this apartment is well appointed and has plenty of room for wife to move around. If the shower in the main bathroom had grab rails or and a disabled seat it would have been perfect. (We took a shower stool) All amenities are close at hand. A great destination if you have a disabled person in your party. We are returning this year.

This flat is well placed for the port and nearby town. It is very secure and is 2 floors up - with lift for lazy! It is superbly decorated and well equipped for a relaxing break. Having 2 bathrooms is fabulous ans both bedrooms are lovely. Our favourite area is the balcony -regardless of time of day. It's just magical!

This was our second visit to Estepona and we love it but the icing on the cake was this lovely apartment set in wonderful gardens, it was exactly as described in the details. There was a friendly welcome from Sue (who we could call on if we needed any help during our stay), a welcome pack (which included a very nice bottle of wine and all the basics to save us rushing to the supermarket, which is a short walk away) and a clean and well maintained home from home.
Estepona is a charming and atmospheric town with lots of nice places to eat and drink, not only around the Marina where the apartment is situated but also in the old town which is reached by a lovely seaside promenade. And importantly for us, a safe and friendly town for two women on their own.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this to friends and family and hope to go back soon.

My partner and I stayed at the apartment in April. With my partner being partially disabled the location, access and cleanliness were essential to us. On arrival when your tied weary and just want a cup of tea or a beer, there was a fantastic welcome pack with beer, bread, milk and much more. Such a thoughtful thing from the owners!. The place itself, well what can we say!!!!! but this apartment is fantastic. The apartment itself is lovely, big, spacious, modern and offers all the comforts from being away from home. The grounds it is in are superb with an excellent pool, surrounded by trees and the occasional bird singing..bliss!. The complex it is in is very private, quiet and ideal to recharge those batteries. it is a stones throw from the marina where there are numerous restaurants to chill out in alloffering a wide range of food and reasonable prices. There are also 2 supermarkets within 150 meters of the premises with all you need. Then there are the beaches that are easily accessible. These are clean, not packed and have beach taverns on. the ideal place to chill and relax.
We would not hesitate in reccomnending this to anyone, it is a fantastic place, well looked after and very accomodating. If your going to Estepona this is the place to the stay. Thanks for a great time!

I stayed for a week with my family and it has to be one of the best holidays I have had and one of the best apartments I have stayed in over the years.
The description of the apartment was exact and especially thought the welcome pack was a great idea!
The apartment was very clean and well maintained (home from home). It is in a lovely setting and the pool on the complex was clean and relatively quiet. If you prefer the beach this is only 5 minutes away with plenty of sunbeds. The marina is a short 2 minute walkaway this has plenty of restaurants, something for everybodies taste. I recommend Esteponas market on a Wednesday - all types of stalls eg clothes, food, jewellery etc. well worth a visit. If you have a car take a trip to Ronda amazing views. I would highly recommend this apartment for a holiday.

My husband and myself spent 5 weeks at the property and cannot fault it in any way, The description is accurate and the property was clean and well equipped with everything you would need for your stay.Felt very safe and secure as the properties have remote control entry. The surrounding area is attractive,clean with plenty restaurants, cafes, take-away and bars in the vacinity. Even although plenty to do it is a quiet relaxing place to stay. It is near enough for journeys to Gibraltar for duty free goods. The owner was helpful with everything we needed to know and I recommend this property for a holiday anytime.

A deposit of £100 per week is required to secure a booking which is non refundable and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
The apartment will be available from 15:00 - 22:00 on the day of arrival. On your day of departure we would require you to vacate the apartment by 10:00. Where possible we will try and accomodate earlier or later times however these must be agreed prior to booking.
A security / key deposit of €200 or £140 is payable upon arrival, and will be returned at the end of the letting period providing no material damage has been made to the apartment or fittings.
Discounts for long term bookings (3 or more weeks) are available, please contact the owner.
