Casa Laurana is a beautiful, south facing, five bedroom villa with its own heated pool. The house is located less than 100 metres from the beach. All rooms are fully air conditioned and there are insect nets on all windows. The quiet and peaceful Urbanisation has its own Petrol Station and convenience store and there are two additional supermarkets within a 10 minute walk.,
It is only 10 minutes drive from both Puerto Banus and Estepona and the many attractions that they provide. Marbella is only 15 minutes away.
The villa is ideal for couples, family get togethers, elderly, children and golfers. There is plenty in the surrounding area for everyone to see and do during your stay.

All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. Three of the bedrooms have access directly onto the terraces.
For those looking for a winter break there is an open log fireplace in the Living area. All rooms have heaters.

The enclosed garden provides ample space to sunbathe in total privacy in the south facing garden. There is even a lemon tree which may provide lemons for your gin and tonic.
A garage is available to park one car. Additional parking is available on the quiet street outside the property.
Conditions
* 25% of rental is due at the time of booking.
* A refundable breakages deposit of £150 is also required. This will be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol enjoys the very best climate in Europe. The New Golden Mile is ideal for exploring the coastal areas and the beautiful white mountain villages. The historical Rock of Gibraltar is just a 35 minute drive away.
For the golfer, the location is paradise, with many wonderful top quality courses to choose from in the surrounding area. A tennis club, less than ten minutes walk away, is open to non members.
Families can enjoy the beach which is only 100 metres from the front door. There are numerous Water Sports nearby at Mistral Beach Selwo Nature Reserve is only 3 miles away. There are Water Parks in Algeciras and Fuengirola.
The Estepona / Estepona/Cancelada area
In the immediate locality, Cancelada, a typically quaint Spanish town, renowned for its several excellent restaurants, is minutes away. A small market is held there every Friday morning providing an opportunity to purchase excellent fruit and vegetables.
The local areas of Benemara and Benavista have lots to offer in the way of bars, restaurants and shops which are all within a ten minute walk. The Urbanisation itself benefits from a Local Shop and Petrol Station which both supply newspapers, essential groceries and even freshly baked bread.
Estepona is less than ten minutes drive west. Heading east it is less that five minutes drive to San Pedro (3 km), 10 minutes to Puerto Banus and only 15 minutes to Marbella.

Casa Laurana is approximately 70 km from the airport - 50 minutes drive.
There is a regular bus service from the Airport to Marbella Bus Station. A second bus will take you on towards Estepona.
