This spacious ground floor 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment with Wifi access is located close to the beach and near to the towns of Estepona, San Pedro, Puerto Banus and Marbella.
The lounge with is spacious with patio doors (complete with electric security blind) leading to a main terrace. The main terrace has a black iron and multi-coloured mosaic outdoor dining table for relaxed outdoor dining, together with 4 comfortable black iron and green seat cushion-padded chairs.
Inside, the lounge has 2 sofas (1x 3 seater and 1 x 2 seater), with a footstool. There is internet access with WiFi facility. Additionally, the lounge has a large flat screen television with full DVD / CD surround sound gadgetry. In the dining area, there is a large themed dark wood dining table with 6 matching chairs ideal for family dining and dinner parties with over the dining table lighting, wall lighting, lamps and wall hangings / paintings complete the look of the room to create a relaxed ambience. The lounge has air conditioning / warm air comfort heating.
The kitchen is fully fitted and very functional with modern oven and hob, extractor unit, tall standing fridge/freezer, sink, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. A full set of crockery, cutlery, saucepans, utensils and glassware sets are provided. There is an extra sink and washing machine in the large utility room together with a clothes horse, iron and ironing board.
All 3 bedrooms have been comfortably finished, with spacious fitted wardrobes complete with internal drawers, bedside tables, light fittings / lamps, matching and themed roman blinds and matching headboards. The master bedroom has a television, a large king size comfortable bed, and a small terrace adjoined to it. The master bedroom is served by a full en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and also has an en suite bathroom. In addition, the third bedroom also with twin beds is served by a further dedicated shower room with WC and wash basin. All the bedrooms are equipped with top quality mattresses, matching bed linen, summer tog duvets and pillows. In addition all the bedrooms are air conditioned/heated and protected by security roller blinds on all the windows.
All the bathrooms are spacious and well finished with marble tiles, glass shower screens, under floor heating, spot lamps, mirrors, stainless steel towel holders and towel racks. There are 3 bathrooms in total, 2 are en suite with over the bath showers and glass shower screens, together with bidets. All bathrooms are equipped with hand and bath towelling.
The delightful pool area is surrounded by very pretty gardens, streams and ponds. Just a stroll through these gardens takes you to the beach, where there is an attractive promenade with beach bars. The urbanisation benefits from communal Wifi and an exclusive beach front location with access to miles of clean sandy beaches.
Rental prices are per week and include all linen (except beach towels). For rentals of two weeks or more, a change of linen is also included. Extra cleaning and babysitting can be organised locally on your arrival.

For rentals of two weeks or more, a change of linen is also included. If you are not hiring a car, taxis are readily available and there is a very reliable bus service to all the local towns, i.e. Estepona, San Pedro, Marbella and Puerto Banus. A full driving description and map will be sent to you before your arrival date. You will be met and shown to your apartment by one of us personally and we are to hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
** Airport Transfers at reasonable rates from both Malaga and Gibraltar available for up to seven passengers.
** Car hire at very competitive rates can also be organised for you.
** Hire service available for cots, highchairs, wheelchairs or anything you may feel will help you enjoy your holiday.
** Extra cleaning and babysitting can be arranged locally.
** Although there is a No Smoking policy, smoking is permitted on the terrace.
** A 200.00 GBP or 200.00 Euro refundable security deposit is required, payable with final rental payment.
The Andalucia region
The Costa del Sol boasts a vast expanse of activities, sightseeing and history. Many within easy reach of the area where the apartment is located. The trendy and famous Puerto Banus, with its bars, clubs and restaurants, is less than 10 minutes drive away. In winter, you can breakfast on your terrace and by lunchtime you can be ski-ing on the Sierra Nevada Mountains near to Granada. Many of the famous golf courses are nearby and children (and adults!) can enjoy a day at the Selwo Safari Park.
Gibraltar, with its history and tax free shopping is only 40 minutes drive away and a spectacular sight to see (don’t forget to take your passport with you). Ronda and the many surrounding white Andalucian villages have great historic interest and give an insight to the ‘real’ Spain. All along the Costa del Sol, there are safe and clean beaches. A visit to the town and beach of Tarifa, just beyond Gibraltar, is well worth it, especially if you are a keen windsurfer or kite boarder.
Costalita: This is a popular and attractive urbanisation right next to the clean, safe, uncrowed beach. It is a popular choice and people return here year after year. It is situated between the towns of San Pedro and Estepona and very nearby to Benavista where there are very good local amenities including a vast range of good restaurants, friendly bars, well stocked supermarkets, banks and sports facilities.
The quaint village of Cancelada is just a five minute drive away where you can enjoy a meal in one of the good restaurants. You can reach the popular but unspoilt mountainside village of Benahavis within fifteen minutes and there you can enjoy a stroll around the pretty squares and art and craft shops and take your choice from the many very good restaurants.
Estepona: This is a pretty town, which has managed to preserve a peaceful atmosphere, and still provides a good example of an Andalucian white village. The town centre has many shops, traditional bars and restaurants offering a wide selection of dishes catering to all tastes. You can stroll around the pretty Mediterranean squares radiating with great atmosphere. It has a wide, clean, sandy beach called La Rada, which is constantly being awarded the European Blue Flag and has chiringitos (beach bars) dotted all along it. The pretty tree lined promenade connects the town with the port and has two children's’ play areas.
The port was constructed in 1977 and provides a contrast with the old town. The marina has two sections – one is the fishing port with boats unloading their catch on a daily basis providing local restaurants with fresh produce. The other part of the port is leisure and sport orientated, bustling with a fine selection of bars and restaurants. Dolphin and fishing trips can be booked from one of the agents in the port.
San Pedro: This town sits between Puerto Banus and Estepona. It is an Andalucian style town with an abundance of shops, tapas bars and restaurants. It is only a short stroll from the bustling town centre to the beach, where you will find ample space to soak up the sun and enjoy one of the beach bars which offer a wide range of fish dishes and well as other local delights. San Pedro retains its Spanish atmosphere and is a great contrast to the neighbouring Puerto Banus.
