This charming two bedroom ground floor apartment, which has recently been refurbished and fully re-decorated, is ideal for a relaxing stay in the wonderful area of Estepona, close to Estepona Port with its bars and restaurants, for couples and families alike.

The apartment is in a secluded location down by the seashore, very private, secure and restful.

Sit in the private Andalucian courtyard and listen to the waves lapping on the shore whilst enjoying a glass of wine.

The accommodation comprises of living room with flat screen smart TV, Sky and android TV box, DVD player, free internet with wifi, dining area with seating for four, patio doors to private terrace and communal gardens.

The fully equipped kitchen has been updated with top of the range Siemens appliances with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker and a wine chiller.

Master bedroom with king-size bed and beautiful mosaic en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, WC, bidet and two basins, and private patio overlooking the sea. Second bedroom with separate family shower room, WC and washbasin and private patio overlooking the sea. Air conditioning throughout.

The complex has a lovely private pool area with separate child friendly shallow children's pool set within the gardens alongside the beach. The pool area has recently been fenced and gated to meet the latest EU regulations.

You will receive a complimentary welcome pack, which includes a bottle of sparkling Cava, beer, orange juice, milk etc to get your holiday off to a good start!

Linen and towels are provided. All you need to bring with you are your beach towels.

An electronic safe and free WIFI have been installed for visitors use.

Garden furniture and sun loungers have recently been replaced.

The Andalucia region

Estepona is a vibrant traditional un-spoilt Spanish town, yet only a 20 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of the famous towns of Puerto Banús and Marbella to the east and Gibraltar, 20 minutes drive to the west .

The town and surrounding villages have many shops, bars and restaurants offering a wide choice of cuisine.

Historically this part of the Costa Del Sol enjoys about 300 days of sunshine a year. The apartment is ideally located for visiting locations along the coast and inland and a favourite for golfers, with many courses in very close proximity.


Only a short walk from this apartment along the seashore or pathway you will find a bay with two beach bars and children's play area. A few minutes further and you reach Estepona Port and Marina, bristling with restaurants, which comes alive at night and on Sunday when the local market is held from 10am to 3pm. There is also a large market in Estepona on Wednesday mornings.

Further along the promenade past the fishermen's workshops, restaurants and bars, you will reach Estepona town, where there are many more local amenities and shops. Estepona old town is wonderful to wander around and on a Thursday morning there is a free walk with a guide speaking English and Spanish.

Adjacent to the Urbanisation is a four star hotel, with amenities available to non-residents, and a petrol station with 24-hour shop selling daily UK and European newspapers, fresh cooked bread and croissants, milk and essential supplies.

Nearby attractions include Selwo Wildlife Park, the white villages of Ronda and Casares, Gibraltar, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Estepona Riding School, Bullrings, Fishing ports, Sotogrande Port and Marina, and numerous golf courses including the famous Valderama course. Estepona Golf and Valle Romano are only a few minutes drive.

"Perfect Location Fabulous Property will definitely return"

We stayed in early May and could not find fault with anything, we both loved the apartment and location, views of the sea from both the living room and main bedroom hard to beat! So peaceful just step out side into all day sun and magnificent views. Also the convenience of a hotel next door if required or a short stroll to the port in the evening.
Can't rate highly enough will definitely return.

"Beautiful apartment right by the sea"

We had a lovely relaxing stay at this apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you could think of for a comfortable stay. We loved the fact that this ground floor apartment went straight out into the garden area - which felt like our own private area and that we could look straight out to sea. The pool was clean and and a good size and there were never more than about 10 -15 people in it at a time . As well as the deeper pool there was a large shallow pool ideal for younger children. The other apartments were mainly occupied by Spanish holiday makers, which was a bit limiting when our older children wanted to mkae friends..
There was a walk of about 15 minutes by the beach to the local port, which had a good choice of restaurants including tapas, Chinese, Thai and Italian. This route was very dark later in the evening so we tended to walk back by road which took about 20 mins.
This apartment was a good base for sightseeing and we went to Gibraltar, Puerto Banus, Casares (which was lovely), The Bahia Park Water park and Morocco (though it was Ramadam so many things closed - worth checking before you book the trip!) You really need to hire a car to stay here to get to the nearby supermarkets and into Estapona town.
We had a very relaxing stay and were sad to leave this lovely place. Would recommend for families, especially those with younger children.
