About the home

This spacious Villa has four bedrooms (3 double, 1 twin) and four bathrooms. It has a large sitting dining room, fully fitted kitchen, breakfast room with small lounge. Terraces with sea views. Private pool 8m x 4m with barbecue. Utility room.

The Villa has a covered terrace suitable for eating and evening drinks and a first floor terrace with patio furniture.

The urbanization is very quiet and the house stands at the top of a cul de sac and is very private. It has sea and mountain views.

There are plenty of Restaurants, Bars and shops within 4 miles of the Urb, either Estepona, Sabinilas or Duquesa Port. The area is still very Spanish. Marbella and Porta Banus are just a short drive away.

The lounge has a 42” flat screen TV with sky box, DVD player , CD player & internet connection, all bedrooms have Ipod docking stations with radios.

The lounge and dining room both seat 8 and has air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

The utility room has fridge freezer, ice maker, drier & washing machine.

The breakfast room seats 8 and has a lounge off it with sea views.

The first master bedroom has TV and views of the mountains with Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower.

The second master bedroom has sea views with a large terrace and bathroom with walk in shower.

A cot is available if needed; the Villa sleeps 8; however, the first master bedroom has a sofa bed suitable for up to 2 young children.

Further details outdoors:
The large garden is accessed through the breakfast room and terrace or from the enclosed space off the road.

Access to the pool is through patio doors which are child proof to help keep them safe.

Terraces with sea views.

Private pool 8m x 4m with barbecue.

There is also a enclosed bar in the garden with patio table & chairs.

There are two barbecues one outside by the pool and one under the terrace.

The Costa del Sol region

Malaga is a very beautiful city and worth a visit.
Estepona has some lovely churches tucked away in the back streets of the old town.
Also near are Ronda with its bull ring , Casares (white Village) spectacular views and the ports of Banus and Sotogrande.
It is also only 30mins to Gibraltar and the famous apes. Dont forget you need your passport.
The climate is very good with long hot summer days.

The Estepona / Buenas Noches area

There are plenty of Restaurants, Bars and shops within 4 miles of the Urb, either Estepona, Sabinilas or Duquesa Port. Try the local spanish restaurants for good value, but, also try Marlows Fish & Chips just down the road, excellant value. We now have a restaurant and english shop within walking distance.

Marbella and Porta Banus are just a short drive away.

Estepona is still very Spanish with lots of festivals and local markets well worth a visit.

There are plenty of good golf courses in the vicinity of the Villa.

Airports are either Malaga (45 mins away on the autopista) or Gibraltar (30 mins away on the N340).

On leaving Malaga airport take the N340/A7 signed ALGERCIRAS & CADIZ. Watch for the righthand filterafter the BMW garage. The toll road is very good with superb views, prices vary thoughout the year. Keep on the toll road past Marbella and Estepona. At the sigh Estepona KM153 N340 fork right up hill follow signs for ALGERCIRAS & CADIZ at the island. Carry on round the next 3 islands approx 2 miles on your right you will see a Hotel the entrance to Buenas Noches is just past it KM148. Turn on to the estate and follow the road to the top take the first turning on your left and keep going straight the Villa is at the top of the road.
From Gibralter take the N340 signposted Estepona when you pass through Sabinilas look for a REPSOL garage on your right, go to the next island and turn back towards Sabinilas the entrance is on your right.
Most airlines fly to Malaga including Monarch, Easyjet etc..We do not use car hire but Helle Hollis is very good.
