The villa is a short drive to the typically Spanish town of Estepona with its long sea front, marina and old town wit flower square and cobbled streets. The main living area is open plan, with a pitched ceiling and large picture windows on all sides. There are 4 terraces. One for outdoor dining, one for drinks and relaxing. The other 2 are off the bedrooms affording extra privacy. One of the main features of the house is a large infinity swimming pool in the treetops which cascades over to the valley below.
Holidaying at this villa will offer you a feeling of complete tranquillity. The villa is very secluded with no immediate neighbors. Although the location feels in the middle of nowhere, the villa is only 5 minutes drive to the coast and a fantastic beach club complex with restaurants and shops.
For the active, very nearby is is tennis club and horse-riding equestrian centre and a choice of over a dozen golf courses within a 15 minute drive.

We provide both bath and beach towels. We also keep the kitchen stocked with basics such as tea, coffee, olive oil, milk and would ask you to replace anything you use.
The house dosn't have air-conditioning. We have large ceiling fans in all rooms which keep you cool at night.
The bathrooms are all en-suite. The master and double bedrooms have a bath, seperate shower, and double vanity unit. The twin bathroom has a bath with shower over and a double vanity unit.

The house is built into the hillside and is 'upside down' i.e the living area is on the ground floor with the bedrooms below. There are steps down to the pool and garden. The owners have 2 young children and have childproofed the property with stairgates. Children need to be supervised in the pool and garden.
A 25% deposit paid to UK bank account is required to reserve the property with the balance due 6 weeks before. A deposit of £400 is also required. We take this with the balance and refund it on the next working day after departure directly to your bank account. We don't accept bookings for same sex groups under 30
The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol means 'coast of sun' and has an average of 300 days of sunshine per year. The area is popular due to its climate and easy access from Europe. There are plenty of things to do from sailing, golf, water parks, safari parks, aquariums, and historical villages to visit. Morroco is also a 40 minute journey on the high spead jet-cat.
The area of Forest Hills is 7 km from Estepona on the eastern side. It is an area of natural beauty with private villas set within the abundance of trees and stunning mountains as a back-drop. See the link below for peace and quiet.
A 2 mile drive down our quiet road takes you directly to your closest beach with with infinity pools, 4 restaurants and 30 designer boutiques. Estepona itself is a pretty, traditional Spanish town with an abundance of tapas bars, wonderful fresh fish restaurants and a long wide beach with a 2 mile long sea-front promenade. The town also has a bustling marina with bars and restaurants all overlooking the Yachts. The bars here open till late (4am) but for those wanting ´nightlife´ should venture to the glamour of Puerto Banus (15 min) or Marbella (20 min).

"Wonderfull villa- peaceful but close to everything-great views and pool"
Me, my wife and our friends another couple came to stay at this fantastic villa at the end of June this year. We had the most amazing holiday. The villa is tastefully decorated and so unlike others we have stayed in with old fashioned pine stuff!
We spent most of our time dipping in and out of the pool and having lots of lovely food and drink on the terraces (there were 4 to choose from)
Apart from that we ventured out to Puerto Banus which was closer than we thought due to a new tunnel going under San Pedro.
Thanks to Jo and Grant for letting us stay in your wonderfull home- you must miss it alot. We will certainly look at coming back again. The views of the mountain at sunset will stay with us for a long time.

"Peaceful sun-baked oasis"
Beautiful modern Villa that was well maintained with multiple seating areas and gorgeous pool. We stayed three weeks in July with the middle week being particularily hot (highs greater than 35 C). All thoroughout our stay the bedrooms were cool with wonderful, quiet fans. The day time did get very hot but the pool was very refreshing and the meditereanen was only a 10 minute drive away.
Major advantages was the excellent location near the ocean, 30 minutes from Gibraltar and just over 2 hours away from both Granada and Seville. 5 minutes to the major highways which were in fantastic shape, not busy even in July. Owners were very responsive to any concerns we had. Cleaning, pool and lanscape staff can regularily during our stay. Overall a wonderful holiday.
