Immediately entering the apartment you have quality is obvious, as has polished marble flooring througout the entire apartment this having underfloor heating in both en-suites. The kitchen has granite work surfaces throughout and also all modern appliances including fridge ,washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave combi oven and electric oven.
There is a breakfast bar with seating for 4 people. Bi-fold glazed doors opening up to the dining and main living area were there is a large dining table and 6 additional chairs and open plan living room furnished with 2 luxury leather 3 seater sofas that incorporate integral double beds should the need arise. There is a flat screen HD television with a Blu-Ray player and Sky satellite.
Master Bedroom & Ensuite
The well appointed master bedroom has a quality king size bed with bedside cabinets and draw storage and separate dress area for hanging clothes and storage.
The master en-suite is underfloor heated and has 2 quality wash basins and Champaign taps that are mounted on marble with a full size bath and shower incorporating a glass shower screen. And of course a W/C and bidet.
Bedroom 2
This bedroom has 2, 3 foot beds that have the facility to attach together to create a king size bed there is also wardrobes for storage.
This bedrooms en-suite is underfloor heated and has a wash basin with Champaign tapes that are mounted on marble with a shower and corner entry cubicle. Also including a W/C

This beautiful apartment was the show apartment due to the positioning in these fantastic surroundings, having easy access to both swimming pools, gardens and private secure underground parking facility. The apartment lends itself to a wide range of uses being on the ground floor affords easy access for all young or old. There is direct access via large patio doors with access onto a large covered terraced area with large table chairs and sun loungers. Leading to sunny well maintained garden area over looking a well manicure pool and a stunning 9 hole golf course.
Gazing out from the front door there is a view of Selwo Aventura Park and the picturesque mountains of Las Lomas del Monte.

The apartment is lovely. New, well equipped. The owners were very helpful and replied to all questions I e-mailed very quickly. The apartment is well placed within the complex - near the pools. One drawback was there is no cot or other baby equipment such as a high chair. Another drawback was uncomfortable beds! I would go back again to the same apartment. |

Just back from 12 days - 2 adult and 2 children. The apartment is clean, modern and spacious and very well equipped. Sofa's in lounge are gorgeous soft leather and very comfy, tv huge - great for a family cinema night and good kids channels (not that we sat and watched TV all the time!). Bedrooms comfortable with plenty of storage for clothes and cases. Bathrooms were fabulous, sinks galore, showers, bidet, beautifully furnished and gorgeous granite walls and floor. The kitchen is modern, clean and had everything needed to live/cook for two weeks - like home from home. The extra little touches, like tea, coffee and sugar supply were a great bonus and the bits left for us in the fridge meant I could have a nice cuppa when we arrived and a beer for hubby! We left replacements for the next people to arrive which I think is nice for everyone to do. The apartment's air con system is top notch and the security shutters and alarm meant you could go out for the day and not have to worry about a thing. The outside patio area is huge and very comfortable chairs, large table and loungers - overlooking the very pretty garden. You have a lovely view of the sea from the patio and garden and a view of one of the two lovely pools from the edge of the garden. Location wise, it's about 40 mins from Malaga Airport. There is a view of Selwo Safari park from the building which is a good day out about £100 for 4 adults (over 7yrs). If you go to Gibraltar dont forget passports like we did!! There's loads of restaurants in either direction and in Estepona town you are spoilt for choice! You would need a car to get about. All in all a lovely place with lovely views and we had fab weather.
