This is a stunning homely villa set in its own private grounds with a large terrace and private swimming pool. It has stunning views of the sea and mountains and overlooks the magnificent 18 hole Estepona golf course. Just a 3min.stroll along the golf path (accessible from the rear of the villa} brings you to the Clubhouse where you can practice your putting, enjoy a drink at the bar or excellent meals all day long.
Just a 5 min drive brings you to the restaurant filled Port and quaint old spanish town of Estepona which has many good restaurants, excellent shopping and the buzzing Wednesday market. There is also a Sunday market in the Port.
If you are looking for a Golfing trip or just a pure relaxing holiday, then this Villa is definitely for you.

The villa is in excellent condition with cool marble floors throughout., 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor, both opening out to the poolside and terrace.The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are downstairs with en suite's and own sitting room which has a comfy chair for just relaxing.one of the bedrooms leads to the lower terrace with more views. The downstairs area could be used for the kids to chill.

There is a small maintained garden at the front of the villa with parking for 2/3 small cars at the side.
The Pool measures 6 mtrs x 4 mtrs x 4'6" deep, a perfect splash pool for kids and a cooling off pool for adults.
The Villa has the 3rd and 4th bedrooms downstairs with access to the lower terrace a very cool relaxing place on those very hot days.

The Costa del Sol region
A sunny resort, it is said to have 320 days of sunshine per year. A very helpful tourist board with english speaking staff. Lots of golf in the area, which is known as the costa del golf.
Golf and Ski. Sierra Navada ski resort is only approx 2 hours drive from Estepona and is ideal for a 3 day break,and the perfect resort for beginners. So in the winter you can play golf for 4 days Ski for 3 and return to Malaga to get your flight home.( perfect )
The Estepona area
Sunday market at the Estepona port and the Wednesday market in the town.A large festival in July providing food and entertainment into the early hours.Tivoli fun park is near Fuengirola 40 mins drive away,and Gibralta is 30 mins away where you can visit the famous Rock of Gibralta.Marbella and the ever popular Puerta Banus is just 20 mins drive.
