Each member of your party must be covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including evacuation and repatriation coverage) during your stay to cover for all eventualities.

The Andalucia region
The region of Andalucia is renowned for it's historic beauty and places of interest.
The Costa del Sol has been an international tourist destination since the early fifties, enjoying good weather all year round with over 300 days of sunshine to complement it’s beautiful scenery, beaches and golf courses. The modern infrastructure and an incomparable climate put the province in first place on the Spanish Peninsula in terms of numbers of visitors and it’s popularity.
Andalucia cries out to be explored with its rolling countryside, olive and citrus groves, mountains and Europe´s most Southerly snow ski resort in the Sierra Nevada, less than 2 hours drive away. Add to this, historic cities like Seville, Granada, Rhonda, Malaga, Cordoba, Cadiz and so many more, as well as coastal attractions/marinas such as Puerto Banus, Puerto de la Duquesa and SotoGrande, plus the Mediterranean and Atlantic beaches and you will need to visit more than once!
There are fantastic mountain ranges, the closest being Sierra Bermeja with stunning views from the Apartment. It is a national park and is 5,000ft, at the summit.
As well as the places of historic interest a short drive away is the town and port of Marbella and Puerto Banus with its fine shopping and cafe lifestyle. Gibraltar offers the British shops, banks, etc and the Rock itself is very interesting to explore with gardens, caves and history with magnificent views of the Atlantic and Mediterranean seas and the African coastline.
Nearest beach is 300m across the road – this is an unspoilt secluded beach with a quiet promenade perfect for an evening stroll. If you prefer something more lively, the beautiful beaches of Playa del Cristo, Casares and La Duquesa are only a 5 minute drive. The sandy beach front of Estepona stretches for many kilometres and some parts have been awarded European Blue Flags.
The Atlantic Coast and Tarifa are about 45minute drive.
The charming coastal town of Estepona still retains the charm of ‘old Spain’, is 5 minutes drive along the Coast Road. It hosts a wide variety of good restaurants and tapas bars; beautiful clean beaches with plenty of chiringuitos (bar/restaurant) along the recently developed promenade which stretches the length of the town.
The Port and Marina are situated at the west end of the seafront promenade. It is a working fishing port and has daily auctions for a variety of seafood. Further south 5 mins by car is the town of Sabinillas and just beyond, Porto de la Duquesa with its marina, beaches, bars and restaurants.
Sotogrande (10km), Puerto Banus (20 km); Marbella (30 km).
White villages (Pueblos Blancos):
Only a short drive up in the hills are the famous Pueblo Blancos such as Casares and Benhavis– great to visit and get away from it all! You can enjoy the local food and wine and legendary hospitality at reasonable prices and experience the ‘real’ Spanish life!
The area is also known as Costa del Golf - this is without doubt a Golfers Paradise. There are more than 30 golf courses nearby, nearest ones are Finca El Cortesin and Estepona Golf - only 5 minutes drive. " Soto Grande", "Valderrama" and "La Reserva" are 5 minutes drive with numerous other top courses to choose from - simply too many to mention.
Estepona Golf Club is just a short distance from the property. It is situated on the inland side of the main coastal road (N340) just one mile from Estepona town centre. The course is set against the Sierra Bermja mountain range, and enjoys sea views from most parts of the course. The fairways are wide and the greens are large, which provides a challenge to players of all levels.
A range of green fees are listed at the Country Club reception for numerous courses located in the area.
Tennis clubs also with in 15 minutes drive, Estepona, Soto Grande, San Pedro, horse riding in Estepona "Escuela Equetaria" only 10 minutes away.
Restaurant/Bars - within walking distance:
There is a lovely restaurant in the Country Club itself which has an excellent menu and is very reasonably priced. About 200m away there are two very nice restaurants – Le Castel (which hosts traditional flamenco nights) and La Casona.
A 5 min drive in either direction will take you to Estepona or Puerto de la Duquesa where you will find a wide variety of restaurants and bars with terraces for eating out and enjoying views of the sea and marina's. We recommend that you hire a car when visiting the Costa del Sol. A taxi into Estepona or Duquesa can be ordered through the Country Club reception.
Estepona and Puerto de la Duquesa offer a variety of bars and some night clubs. Puerto Banus or even Gibraltar are the main destinations for a party night out!
There are several attractions close by to interest the whole family. Selwo Safari Park in Estepona with its animals roaming semi-wild is a great day out as is the Zoo in Fuengirola. There are also 2 Water Parks, one in Mijas Costa one in Torremolinos.
Gibraltar - a great day out is a visit to Gibraltar (but don't forget your passport!)
Morocco - for the more adventurous, you can also take a day trip to Tangiers/Morocco on the fast Ferry from Algercias/Tarifa.
Festivals - there are many fiestas across local towns and villages - please refer to www.visitcostadelsol.com for more details - dates and locations eg Fiesta de San Juan (Feast of St John) 23rd June.
In addition to the large Carrefour in Estepona, the nearest Mercadona (supermarket) is approx. 1 km away where you will find just about everything you need at very reasonable prices
There is also an English Supermarket 200 meters walking distance from the property if you need to stock up.

"Fantastic Spacious Apartment"
What a fantastic apartment! We are a family with two teenagers and this apartment was just what we needed - there's so much space and having a bathroom each made getting out in the evenings that much quicker. The roof terrace and balconies are great - wherever the sun is you can catch it from somewhere, coupled with the views of the sea on one side and mountains the other. There are plenty of chairs/loungers in the apartment to use. The much-needed air conditioning works well and the apartment is so well-equipped - the ice packs and sandwich boxes were ideal for days at the beach. The complex was very quiet, the first week of our holiday the nearby pool was more or less our own and it's so secluded you feel as if you're in your own back garden. My daughter and I had a 2-hour session at the spa, which was very relaxing. My husband and son used the paddle tennis and driving range a few times. We didn't eat at the country club but enjoyed many an afternoon/evening drink on the terrace, which has lovely surroundings. We mainly used the nearby Mercado supermarket, which is about 5 mins drive from the apartment. It is quite well-equipped and not expensive. The apartment is in a great location for visiting places, we went to Rhonda (stunning views), Puerto Banus (fabulous yachts/cars), Gibraltar (go early to avoid traffic queues) and Casares (beautiful). Our favourite beach was the main beach in Estepona (La Rada). There is so much space, it was never crowded and the sunbeds are a reasonable price too - 16 euros for 4 sunbeds with parasols. We visited the water park at Mijas but our children (aged 15 and 13) were a bit bored, it's not all that big and you have to pay extra to hire rubber rings for some of the rides plus a deposit. All in all we had a fantastic holiday, so much so that we've just booked to go back next year. Thanks so much Greg.

"Great Family Holiday"
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday staying at Casa Sarson for 10 days. Prior to the holiday Greg was very helpful providing us with all the information we requested. The penthouse was lovely and spacious and we loved the idea of having 3 bathrooms. The penthouse was equipped with everything we could want and there are plenty of pools to use. We mainly used the pool in our block as it was so quiet. Lovely and clean and the kids loved it. As our children are 10 and 14 it was great because if they needed to pop back to the apartment they could easily do this. They also made some lovely friends. My youngest if she wanted to go a chill out inside for a while loved watching the Disney channel in the apartment , although we did miss a bit of British TV and Wifi !(although you can get this free at the clubhouse). Lots of different nationalties in the complex and the Costa Galera complex is very clean and tidy. We had lots of fun trying to get the car in and out of the underground car parking, so finally decided to park along the road! A car is essential for this area as you do need to drive everywhere. The nearest supermarket is now the Mercadona which is a few minutes drive away. Also the nearest beach is across a very busy road and roundabout so it isnt really safe to walk there. The area has lots of different things to do, but we would especially recommend a visit to El Cristo beach (on the way to Estepona about 5 minutes away), Puerto Banus just to see how the other half live, Bahia Park waterpark (great day out) and also Soto Grande. We discovered Soto Grande at the end of our holiday, but it is a lovely new port like a little Venice, which is quite British and where yachts are parked outside peoples houses. It is at the moment very quiet there with lots of bars and restaurants along the main port. All in all a great holiday with lovely weather. We normally do package holidays but would definately do it like this again.

"Fabulous apartment in a great location for a wonderful holiday"
This apartment is fabulous and has everything you need for a holiday with small children. It's clean, spacious and really well equipped (travel cot, high chair, loads of kitchen gadgets, comfy beds). The highlight though was the massive balcony and bbq - we spent pretty much every evening there enjoying the fantastic view and a few glasses of wine. The main pool and bar are within just a few minutes’ walk, where you have the opportunity to be social with other guests/residents if that's what you and the kids want, but there are also some quieter pools even closer by where you can stay more private if you prefer. The location itself serves as a great base for sightseeing - we did loads during our 3 week stay, as there are so many interesting places and towns that are easily accessible for a day trip in the car. Greg was also incredibly helpful prior to the trip, and really did everything he could to ensure we had a great holiday. If we wanted another holiday in that region, I would definitely go back to the same apartment. I really can’t recommend this place enough!

Casa Sarson is a wonderful apartment, it''s very clean,it has big terraces, very nice rooms, a good working airconditioning and a very nice view on the sea. The apartment is part of a resort, which is very nice and quiet with 8! lovely pools. I can warmly recommend this apartment.
