About the home

This recently completed 1st floor, fully furnished apartment is air conditioned and sleeps 4 people.
On entering the property you will be met with a beautiful open plan lounge and dining room, leading out from the lounge via sliding patio doors onto the sun terrace with a sea view. This overlooks the gardens, pool with life guard, sun loungers and parasols. Two double bedrooms one on suite also a seperate shower room and a fully fitted kitchen. There is a small putting green and boules pitch and safe underground parking.
15 minutes walk to the beach with Fish Restaurant ( its best to book a table for the night time),taxi rank, garage with a shop.
15 minutes walk to La Terracita snack bar
5 minutes walk to Casares Golf with restaurant, live entertainment on Fri & Sat night or just have a drink on the veranda
4 minutes drive to Sabanillas- supermarkets, shops, cafe's, restaurants and sandy beach and a market on a Sunday
5 minutes drive to Port of Duquesa ( a small Puerto Banus) lots of restaurants that cater for every cuisine and a great night out.
20 minutes drive from the prestigious boutiques, restaurants and night life of Marbella and Puerto Banus.
7 Golf Courses within a 10 minute drive
Its perfectly situated for everything the Costa del Sol has to offer.

A deposit of £150 is required to secure your booking, with an additional fully refundable damages/security deposit of £150 to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure with the outstanding balance.

Confirmation of the booking with your deposit payment is your acceptance to pay for any damage of any kind caused by your occupancy of the property. The cost of repairs and/or replacements will be deducted from your security deposit prior to the return of the balance. The security deposit will be fully refundable within 2 weeks of
your departure from the property, providing there are no claims against it. In the event of any excess damage of any kind, excessive cleaning costs by our agents or excessive use of electricity (caused by leaving external doors open with the air conditioning on) the person who made the booking will be held responsible for all additional costs which exceed the security deposit.

Smoking is not permitted in the villa and evidence of this may result in the loss of the deposit to fund additional cleaning.
The booking form must be completed by the party leader who must be over 21 years of age.

The Costa del Sol region

Casares del Sol is conveniently located to enjoy all that the area has to offer.
There are regular sea crossings to North Africa from nearby Gibraltar and offer a fantastic chance to experience a taste of Morocco. The south of Spain has many historical and cultural areas to explore from the white village of Casares where you might see Griffin vultures & eagles flying overhead.
Take the opportunity to visit Cadiz, the city of explorers to Pontius Pilates house in Seville, not forgetting, Malaga the birthplace of Picasso. For an all together unforgettable experience, the Selwo Adventure Safari Park is
but a short drive away and great for all the family.
Gibraltar: a basic tour takes about 2 hours and can be taken by an official taxi, car or by foot. See the famous Barbary apes and walk through the labyrinth of tunnels inside the rock or take the boat trip to see the dolphins. After a morning sightseeing, stop and look at some of the VAT bargains to be had (don’t forget your passport!)
Rhonda is one of the oldest towns in Spain and stepped in history. Divided in two by a plunging rive gorge know as El Tajo. Visit the old Moorish town and famous bullring or descend the 300 steps inside the TAJ itself.

The Estepona / Casares Playa area

Casares Del Sol is a cosmopolitan development of luxury apartments and penthouses. There are 6 beautiful pools set within the landscaped gardens.
Close to the marinas of Puerto La Dequesa, Estepona, Puerto Banus and Sotogrande. Regarded as one of the best areas on the south coast, with an all year round climate, sandy beaches and unspoilt natural scenery.
Casares del Sol is located in an up-and-coming area of the Costa del Sol, which has avoided over-development and has held on to its traditional Spanish roots.



Casares: the pretty white Andalucian village (Pueblo Blanco) with a population of c4300 people and is around 15 minutes drive from the coast. The dramatic site of a village perched on a cliff lends to its fame and attracts many day trippers. The views from the hillsides around Casares and at the top of the village itself are stunning and you have to wonder how on earth they managed to build the houses without modern equipment and materials.

Estapona is known as the ‘Pearl of the Costa del Sol’, it displays a number of natural qualities which are impossible to find elsewhere. It’s beautiful coast, the tremendous Sierra Bermeja mountain and its climate form a unique setting for a town of white streets and enchanting atmosphere.

Monach fly from Manchester to Gibralta on Sun, Mon, Wed, Thur & Fri or
Easy Jet from Liverpool on Tues, Thur & Sat
Directions from Malaga airport:
- Take Highway AP7 Málaga – Estepona / Algeciras
- Exit km 153 (3rd exit Estepona, polígono industrial) just before toll payment
- At roundabout take A7 (N340) direction Algeciras (NOT direction Casares)
- On the 4th roundabout turn right to Casares
- After 700 metres turn right into Casares del Sol.
