This exquisitely furnished 2 bedroom, fully air conditioned apartment is designed for privacy, comfort, luxury and pampering. Terrace steps lead into the tranquil gardens and the poolside with a shallow end perfect for children and the beach. Each apartment is very spacious and has been exquisitely furnished to the highest specification. There is marble flooring throughout with underfloor heating in the bathrooms, and climate controlled air conditioning/heating.
The living room contains luxurious Italian sofas and soft furnishings, handmade Italian glass dining table and luxury leather seating, individual handmade console, coffee and side tables by UDesign, Sony 40" High Def LCD TV with SKY HD, Premium audio system with IPOD link and our personalised music library, Sony Playstation 3 and library of games, Sony Blu disc and DVD player.
The spacious bathrooms are designed with a fabulous Jacuzzi Spa bath in the master bedroom, walk in shower, double vanity unit, toilet and bidet, luxury chrome bathroom fittings and heated towel rails, monogrammed bathroom linen and towelling. All bathrooms have hair dryers.
All our bedrooms contain Matresses by Komfi "Like sleeping in Gold's palm" (Vanity Fair Feb 08) with bespoke leather Italian bed bases, monogrammed egyptian cotton linen, 32" HD LCD TV & SKY (main bedroom only), premium audio system, handmade hardwood bedside furnishings by UDesign, secure bedroom safe in master bedroom. The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol is a favourite destination because of a near perfect climate with 300 days of sunshine! Its beautiful clean beaches, scenery, traditional culture, adventure and outdoor activities, shopping and nightlife virtually guarantee something for everyone!

The Estepona / Guadalmansa Playa area

Guadalmansa Playa is situated just past Cancelada travelling towards Estepona. The local urbanisation of Cancelada(5 mins drive away) has excellent supermarket shopping facilities.

The port town of Estepona, only 10 minutes away has agreat choice of restaurants and bars. Whilst in Puerto Banus 10 minutes by car, the playground of the rich and famous, you can enjoy the glitz and glamour of designer shops, bars, restaurants, or night clubs.

In Malaga City you can visit many of the historical buildings, arts museums, cathedrals, bull rings and even see a bull fight. Skiing in the Sierra Nevada is within easy reach. Finally Gibraltar is an easy 40 minute trip by car where you can do some great duty free shopping and visit the resident monkeys on the Rock of Gibraltar.
The area is famed for tis golf courses, with over 60 courses to choose from inlcuding San Roque, Sotogrande and the world famous Valderama.

The beautiful andalucian villages of Ronda and Nerja are close by for day trippers to experience a taste of traditional Spanish culture.

On your doorstep is the Heaven beach club where you can enjoy a fantastic al la carte meal on the beach or a BBQ. The Heaven Beach Bar and Club offers day and night entertainment and is a perfect place for families, couples or groups.

Guadalmansa Playa is a within easy reach 45 minute journey from Gibraltar or Malaga airports.
Served by direct flights from many international business centres and a wide range of quality and low cost airlines, who offer fares to suit all budgets.(www.flymonarch.com, www.ba.com, www.bmibaby.com, www.easyjet.com).

We are also able to co-ordinate travel by private jet to either aiport.
We can pre-arrange airport transfer by a chauffeur driven car or alternatively you could choose to take one of the plentiful taxis available.

Heavenly Properties is located on the beach, with Heaven Beach Club 50 metres from the property.
It is a few minutes away from the local urbanisation of Cancelada, 15 minutes drive from Marbella, 10 minutes from Puerto Banus, 5 minutes from San Pedro and 10 minutes from the Port Town of Estepona.
