One master bedroom with kingsize bed plus second bedroom with two good size single beds.
The air conditioning also heats should you require to book during the winter months. It is controlled in each room individually.
The garage space is dedicated to the apartment in the underground car park.
The swimming pool is for use by residents - you will be given a key to gain entrance to the facility.
The bedrooms overlook a well kept garden and the balcony has a sea view.
A travel cot can be provided upon request.
All linen is provided including towels and beach towels.
The apartment is extremely well equipped - even down to the cooler box for your beach picnic!
Although this is a non smoking apartment we have no objection to you smoking on the balcony

The apartment block is situate in well kept gardens. The gardens are now maturing and there are trees for shade and benches to sit and enjoy the garden.
The apartment is part of a complex of 3 small residential blocks.
The pool is shared by other residents in 3 apartment blocks. A key is supplied for you to gain access to the pool area.

This part of Costa del Sol has a mild, Mediterranean climate which allows the visitor to enjoy outdoor activities 365 days a year. There are long hours of sunshine to enjoy the perfect holiday.
Estepona is one of the few coastal towns that has succeeded in maintaining its pueblo charm and character. With an overall population of 37,000, the 'old town', as it is known, is a bustling and atmospheric centre.
Estepona has four museums charting this area's colourful past which has included long periods of domination by the Romans and Moors. All the museums are located within the town's bullring - they include a bull-fighting museum with glittering costumes donated by some of Spain's top bullfighters.
Estepona Golf Club is 1 mile from Estepona Town centre. Take a look at www.packyourclubs.com There are many golf courses in the area. Some of Europe's top courses.
There are eight courses in the surrounding area and 40 along the Costa del Sol. The nearest courses are Estepona golf course six kilometres west of the town, Los Almendros five kilometres to the east and Los Flamingos, 10 kilometres to the east. Atalaya North and South courses are 15 kilometres east of Estepona.
Famous courses within easy reach include Valderrama, Torrequebrada, Alhaurin El Grande and one of Andalucia's most spectacular courses, Monte Mayor.
Bike Hire - 5 mintues walk from apartment. Estepona is ideal for bike riding with a choice of the promenade / beach front area or the more challenging mountainous area of Sierra Bermeja mountains, a national reserve with scenery which will take your breath away.
The beautiful mountainous hinterland is a paradise for hikers, horse riders, huntsmen and cyclists (the Spanish are second to none when it comes to cycling up a mountain!).

Horse Riding. You can take lessons or hire a horse at Estepona's Escuela de Arte Ecuestre. If you travel west along the coast to Tarifa, at the southernmost tip of Spain, you can hire horses for fabulous rides across the miles of unspoilt sand dunes which overlook the Strait of Gibraltar and the coast of North Africa.
For a great day out visit the "Sherry city" of Jerez. Combine a visit to the bodegas with a magnificent display of horsemanship at the famous Andalucian School of Equestrian Art.
Walking. Take a stroll through one of the town's many beautiful parks or head into the beautiful Sierra Bermeja mountains.
You can enjoy a day on the beach with beautiful views over Gibraltar and Africa.
Gibraltar 40 minutes drive from Estepona, Gibraltar offers duty free shopping from electronic equipment and jewellery to leather & perfumes. Haggling is customary. Other attractions in Gibraltar include the natural caverns of St. Michael's Caves and the Ape's Den, home to some of Gibraltar's Barbary Apes, the only free-to-roam primates in Europe.
Enjoy the big fiestas and a traditional Spanish "knees-up" with bands, parades, processions and general mayhem. Colourful religious processions take place on May 15th, the feast of San Isidro Labrador, and during Easter Week (Semana Santa). The biggest fiesta is a week-long extravaganza held in July when the town parties round the clock with fun fairs, a giant paella for all revellers, music and dancing.
Puerto Banus, Marbella (for all the design shops) is just 15 minutes away

Playa del Cristo", or Cristo Beach (blue flag beach), 3 minute drive. It is a small cove with lifeguards on station and also two beach front bar/restaurants. La Rada Beach (blue flag beach) is 2 minutes East of Estepona Marina and at over 1.5 km in length runs from the Marina past Estepona old town.
Estepona Port and Marina is a working fishing port offering restaurants and bars. The port features daily auctions for a wide variety of seafood.
Wide variety of restaurants & bars, ranging from local Spanish cuisine to most Mediterranean cuisines, also cooked fish of different forms, Italian and French. Many restaurants offer terraces allowing diners to eat outside during the late evening.
Most restaurants are located near the seafront, either along the main promenade adjoining the sea or along Calle Real. There are a number of small Plazas or squares next to Calle Real, on which numerous restaurants can be found.
The marina is one of the favourite spots for lunch - you can dine al fresco and take your pick of a huge range of local and international restaurants. You'll find excellent Chinese and Italian food, haute cuisine, cheap burgers, delicious local fresh fish dishes and of course the inevitable paella.
Estepona's small local shops offer locally made produce and goods. In the main town centre there are a number of boutiques offering contemporary international clothing brands and other goods. There is also a busy Wednesday market featuring clothing as well as food and vegetables. Estepona port holds a Sunday market for more of the "touristy" type of goods.
Pay a visit to the town's street market held in Avenida Juan Carlos every Wednesday morning and the big Sunday morning market at the marina. Not only can you snap up cheap gifts, leather goods, jewellery, arts, crafts and CDs but it's also the most "happening" place to see and be seen on a Sunday. If you don't want to buy anything just enjoy a café con leche by the quayside and people watch.
The main food stores in Estepona are the large Carrefour complex at the edge of the town, a smaller Carrefour express store in the middle of the town and a number of Mercadona supermarkets. Liddle is a new addition.
In the old town you can find the usual range of small-to-medium-sized shops, typical of a Spanish town of this size.
In addition there is a factory outlet complex about 60 km west from Estepona, at Guadacorte, close to Algeciras.
Puerto Banus Puerto Banus is an upscale community within short drive of Estepona Port with a large number of designer stores, including Versace and Armani.
Selwo Safari Park The park is based on the African safari park and houses 2000 animals in semi-wild conditions. Only 20 minutes drive away from Estepona Port (and on the public transport route).
There are plenty of golf courses within easy reach of Estepona. Two are highly recommended:
Estepona Golf Course is located on the inland side of the main coastal road (N340) at km. 150, just one mile from Estepona town centre. The course is set against the Sierra Bermeja mountain range, and enjoys sea views from most parts of the course. The fairways are wide and the greens large, which provides a challenge for players of all levels, but doesn't penalise the average golfer.
Monte Mayor Golf and Country Club is signposted from km. 165.6 on the N340 and is nestled in a natural amphitheatre created by the Serrania de Ronda Mountains. The greens have not been shaped by bulldozers, but by the wild Andalusian nature. With its exciting fairway that winds through dramatic gullies, ravines and streams, Monte Mayor offers a superb challenge to even the most experienced golfers.
Take a drive to Ronda - a village at the top of the mountains.
Most people visit Ronda by car or bus (45mins) from the Costa del Sol, via San Pedro de Alcántara on the A376/C-3. The route through the Sierra Bermeja mountains is dramatic, and in winter the peaks attract low cloud and even snow. A gentler route leaves Málaga on the A357, bypassing the interior towns of Ardales, Carratraca and Cuevas de Becerra. There's also a more westerly and also very dramatic route from San Luis de Sabanillas near Estepona, taking the A377 via Casares and Gaucín on to Ronda.

"A truley inviting apartment offering comfort and close to all amenities"
An excellent service from making booking to departure. A lovely apartment which enjoys sea view from all rooms and balcony. The property was clean and airy on arrival and furnished to a high standard and the owners have equipped the apartment with everything you would require to enjoy your stay.

"All the conveniences of home and much more!"
We found the location of Los Corales to be ideal for us. Within walking distance to the beach, supermarkets and travel agencies. From there we were able to take a one day tour to Gilbralter and anoth… More

"Great apartment in the centre of Estepona"

"Lovely Apartment, Great Location"
Place was easy to find and only an hour from Malaga apartment. Apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We went with another couple and a child and there was more than enough room for us all.
It was great to have a private pool which was clearly kept clean an maintained regulary. When we went in September, there was hardly ever anyone else at the pool with us.
Apartment was located about 10/15 minute walk from the Marina where we ate quite a few nights. There is a good mix of restaurants with friendly staff and good food. Reasonable prices as well. Found a great ice cream place too!
Alternatively, ten minutes in the other direction, there was the Estepona Old Town which was wonderful. It Was authentic and traditional with fantastic food although you may need to practice some Spanish!
There is the main beach near the Old Town which seemed good, although we didn't go there. We went to a smaller cove which was perfect for children as no tide and a suntrap for us! Found another gorgeous beach about 10mins drive away which had waves and less sand. There were lots more beaches that didn't get chance to explore.
I would definitely recommend the Apartment to others and will try and visit again soon!

"Lovely and everything we could wish for!"
My mum,son and myself stayed in this apartment for 14 nights in July 2011.
We loved the apartment from the moment we walked in the door!
Two large supermarkets just around the corner,a parkingspace in undergroundparking just a few minutes drive to largest beach of Estepona and a lovely 10 min walk to the lively harbour.
The apartment is bright,spacious and very very clean,and everything you need for a perfect holiday is provided for:sunbeds,parasols,coolerbag and much,much more!
We defenitely will come back!Loved the kind Catherine too!
