English TV all channels, Sky channels. Sports, Movies. Private wifi.

This apartment is extremely well furnished and equipped. An ideal place to relax and unwind.

Location is in a superb location being within walking distance to the town, beaches, coves and Port where there are a number of different restaurants. There are many amenities within walking distance from the apartment.

The Port and old Spanish square and town are a short walk - ideal places for an evening meal.

For those who want to eat in, Lidl Supermarket or Mercadona are both a 3 minute walk from the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering.

We take a pride in the standard we provide. The furniture is excellent quality.

From the balcony you can watch the world go by or get stuck into a book.

Estepona is a popular golfing area with plenty of choice for the keen golfer. Estepona Golf (within 3 miles) has earned a reputation as a well presented, fair golf course with ample fairways and tees, as well as greens which are the envy of most other courses in southern Spain

One master bedroom with kingsize bed plus second bedroom with two good size single beds.The air conditioning also heats should you require to book during the winter months. It is controlled in each room individually.

There are panel heaters on the wall.

The garage space is dedicated to the apartment in the underground car park.The swimming pool is for use by residents only (security guard on site) - you will be given a key to gain entrance to the facility

The bedrooms overlook a well kept garden and the balcony has a sea view.A travel cot can be provided upon request.

All linen is provided including towels and beach towels. (excess use of linen may incur an extra charge).

The apartment is extremely well equipped - even down to the cooler box for your beach picnic!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
