Further details indoors: The accommodation is on three levels; the front door leads to a spacious reception area where there is a large dining area with three sets of patio doors to front and side that access an ’L-shaped’ sun terrace, where there is patio furniture and a parasol. Adjacent to the dining area is a separate fully fitted kitchen with seating area, benefiting from granite worktops and modern stainless steel appliances including built in microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge freezer and a washing machine. Also on this level there is a lovely double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and sun terrace, plus a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
From the entrance hallway, stairs lead down to the spacious separate lounge, which has double patio doors to the terraces and grounds. The lounge has two distinct areas; one part being the ‘TV area’ with entertainment being provided by a 42” Flat screen Satellite TV, and a DVD player whilst the other part has a lovely bar with two wine chillers. A second staircase leads up from the reception area to the upper floor suit comprising of the master double bedroom which has patio doors to two sun terraces, having patio furniture to relax and take in the lovely sea views. A second TV and a stereo system are provided here. Also on this level is a luxurious Jacuzzi bathroom with separate shower cubical.
The bedrooms and main living areas benefit from remote control air conditioning units. (Hot or cold) All the bathrooms have electric under floor heating. The villa is furnished and equipped internally to a very high standard which we are confident will appeal to our most discerning clientèle.
Further details outdoors: Double patio doors from the lounge lead out onto a large sun terrace where there is a Gazebo to create a covered dining area with seating for eight people. A barbecue is supplied to enjoy ‘Al fresco’ dining and take in the lovely views. Steps from the terrace lead down to mature gardens set around the lovely 8m x 4m swimming pool that has Roman steps and a poolside shower. There is an iPod docking station next to the pool to play music whilst in the garden and twelve sun beds to bask in the sun. The electrically operated gates are linked to a CCTV system for added security. This well equipped and well appointed villa with panoramic sea views makes is idea for a wonderful relaxing holiday.
