Payment accepted , bank transfer (Swift, TT, BACS, and CHAPS) please advice currency & payment method. We require a £250 breakages deposit which is taken with the balance and refunded on satisfactory vacation and inspection.
No under occupancy supplements. Alternative and long term rental rates available on request. Booking deposit of 50% required upon booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Refundable security deposit of £250 to cover reasonable damage and breakage is also required to be paid with the balance and will refunded in full following departure when no claim is found necessary by the property manager. Excessive damage will be subject to additional claims and clients are advised that they will be personally liable for all wilful or neglectful damage. By accepting a booking clients are deemed to have read and understood these terms. The apartment will normally be available on the day of arrival from 16.00 hours and should be vacated on the departure day by 10am. A representative will meet you with the keys at the apartment and explain to you how everything works and ensure the property is in perfect order for your comfort and enjoyment.
