New Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment been a one minute walk from the port of Estepona making this apartment an ideal location.

This apartment comprises of main bedroom en-suite with direct access to south facing views, second bedroom been a twin and one future bathroom with shower unit, fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, washing machine etc, lounge/dining room with direct access terrace with south facing sea views.

This apartment has air conditioning/heating system, sat T.V/DVD player and full use of a large community swimming pool. The port of Estepona is within a one minute walk of this apartment with an abundance of café bars, restaurants with a variety of different cuisines, making this a great location.

To confirm a reservation you will have to send us your details, full name and adress, telephone numbers, passport number and we will send you we will send you our rental contract. We will need a 20% reservation deposit, by bank transfer or by Credit Card (PayPal). You can check on our web site the terms of our rental agreement. The balance has to be paid or cash on arrival or by bank one month before the arrival date. Security deposit 200 euros.

Conditions

Except in the summer the lettings can be arranged on any day.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol is one of Europe's favourite holiday destinations. From Malaga to Manilva and Puerto la Duquesa. This part of the Mediterranean coast is characterized by its special microclimate created by the mountains that follow the Coast from one end to the other. The average number of days on which the sun shines averages 325 every year!

There are eleven marinas on the Costa del Sol, putting the region ahead of the rest of Andalusia in sailing and water sports facilities

Sound likes a usual cliché, but in the case of the Costa del Sol, the Costa del Golf, as some call it, the cliché is reality. Golf is the sport on the Costa del Sol. It has more than 60 clubs, most of them beside residential developments and most in the western Costa del Sol area, making this the area with the highest concentration of golf courses in all the continental Europe.

The Estepona / Estepona Puerto/Marina area

Estepona is one of the few coastal towns that has succeeded in maintaining its charm and character ideally situated between Marbella and Sotogrande with it been only 50 minutes from Malaga Airport. Estepona is a town that has managed to mix the old with the new, the old town with its narrow cobbled streets has many shops bars and restaurants to enjoy as well as having a regular market.

The more modern marina has a cosmopolitan feel that offers excellent bars and restaurants to suit all needs. The long sandy beaches and coves are very popular with families as well as having a wide variety of water sports and a beautiful promenade for leisurely strolls. Estepona is also ideally situated for the many golf courses that the Costa del Sol has to offer from Sotogrande to Malaga.
