Beautiful overflow pool with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the mountains on the other.
The Villa is located just two minutes’ walk from the beach. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Kyrenia, the villa has easy access to all amenities.

The Kyrenia District
The town of Kyrenia is a must for visitors. The harbour is among the most beautiful in the world and has many restaurants nearby in addition to plentiful nightlife. The harbour has spectacular views of St Hilarion Castle.
There is an 18 hole pay and play championship golf course with leisure complex and driving range is walking distance is now open. Across the road from the resort is the local fishing harbour, where you can fish from the pier or hire a boat for the day.
Esentepe area
Acapulco Beach Club is about 8 minutes' drive away, where for a £6 entrance fee you can use the facilities, which include water sports, aqua park, tennis and many other attractions. There is also a casino and other entertainment facilities. Vogue beach resort with its unique open-air nightclub and 5* restaurant is within 15 mins drive.
The local village is a 2K walk away and has a small but expanding range of services. The village is nestled in the mountains and has great view over the med and sunsets.
Turtle bay (Alagadi) is a short drive away, this is a protected area and green turtles use it to lay their eggs. There is a visitor centre which operates from 6pm onwards when you can go on turtle watching tours. The nesting season is between May to October.
How to get there
Fly to Ercan Airport in the North - transfer time to the villa is about 30 mins. Fly to Larnaca Airport in the south - transfer time to the villa approx. 90 mins. Fly into Paphos in the south - transfer time to the villa is approx. 2.5 hours. Car hire is recommended.

Further details
A deposit of 50% of the total rent charge is payable on booking either by cheque or bank transfer. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £150 refundable bond against breakages and damage is payable with your balance. This will be returned to you one week after the end of your holiday. Confirmation of booking and receipt of payment will be made by email.
