Loxley is a two bedroomed penthouse situated in one of the most sought after areas of Esentepe. The apartment is beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and comprises one double bedroom with a fully tiled en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with adjoining bathroom and toilet. Both bedrooms are fitted with floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes, ornate wrought iron dressing tables and mirrors with matching bedside tables.
The kitchen is fully fitted with high standard cabinets, an integral oven and hob, a fridge-freezer and microwave. There are air conditioners in both bedrooms and the living room.
The living room is comfortably furnished with two two-seater sofas, television, a DVD player, coffee table and dining table with seating for four people.
Outside there is a large terrace semi covered with a wooden pergola. A spiral staircase leads from the terrace to the large tiled roof area which also has a built in barbecue.
There is a gymnasium on the site, a children’s playground, children’s play pool, a large communal swimming pool area and sun bathing terraces equipped with sun loungers.

The Kyrenia District
Kyrenia is steeped in history, it dates back to the Trojan war when settlers arrived from Achaea and established towns in the area. With many ancient archaelogical sites in the area you will find yourself surrounded by a rich tapestry of history and culture. The area benefits from the mediterranean climate; with long hot summers and short mild winters with little rain you will scarce find a cloudy day.
With Turkish, Greek and Lebanese neighbours you will find the cuisine rich, varied and reasonably priced. Cyprus is a haven for nature lovers with millions of birds making it their home every year. You will find yourself surrounded by beauty and fragrance with skyscraping mountains and verdent plains to explore.
Esentepe area
Esentepe is a picturesque traditional village nestling on the slopes of the Besmarpak mountain range overlooking some of the nicest beaches and bays in Cyprus including the No Name Beach, Esentepe Beach, Algadi Turtle Beach, Lara Beach, Acapulco Beach, Diana Beach and more. Esentepe is located east of Kyrenia where a new road provides access between the two in just 20 minutes. Esentepe is a 20-minute drive from Kyrenia (Girne) and 35 minutes from Ercan Airport, 35 minutes from Nicosia (Lefkosa) and 50 minutes from Famagusta.
The coastline of Northern Cyprus is generally quite rugged but has many secluded and sandy beaches that are not crowded even in the summer months. Turtle beach is unique in that around the end of June, beginning of July, the turtles come to lay their eggs. The eggs hatch in late August to early September and volunteers are welcomed to help guard the nests or to watch the newly hatched baby turtles struggle down to the water’s edge.
Northern Cyprus has many historic and heritage sites. You can you wander around the temples, amphitheatres and also admire the mosaics of Salamis, the most romantic ruined city left by the Romans. There is also the fairytale Castle of St Hilarion which commands an imposing position above the bay of Kyrenia, inspiring Disney for the castle in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
Golf players can test their skills on a new championship standard course at the nearby GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB. There is also a Driving Range & Academy with three full-length practice holes. Day passes will be available for visitors.
A range of watersports are available at the nearby beaches. Birdwatching is a popular pastime with 347 types of birds to discover. Go-karting is also a popular pastime.
