Our villa is located in the quiet and peaceful area of Esentepe but just 20 minutes drive to Kyrenia - the main town in North Cyprus. The villa has outdoor furniture and brick built bbq, its perfect for private al fresco dining. Its also ideally located just a short walk away from the local shop, with the larger supermarkets near by. Not being overlooked means the villa has beautiful sea views one side and mountain views the other and boasts a pine forest to the rear of the property. Its modern, open plan style means the villa is spacious and with its fully glass doors over looking the private pool makes it bright and airy. The villa is fully furnished and with 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double with en suite and a bath/shower room means its a great villa for families. The fact its 500 yards from a Championship Golf and Country Club with lots of historical and beautiful places to visits means there's something for everyone.

The Kyrenia District

The beautiful mountains and villages in North Cyprus are steeped in history with lots of historical sites such as St Hilarion Castle and Bellepais Abbey.
The town of Kyrenia has a picturesque natural harbour with a stunning castle as its backdrop. In the evening the harbour comes alive with activity with plenty of lovely restaurants, bars and gift shops open till late.
The coastline enjoys beautiful beaches either accompanied by all the amenities or almost deserted with crystal clear waters further a field.
North Cyprus provides a most hospitable welcome, with its friendly people, and beautiful natural attractions. The all-pervading sense of the past adds to the enchantment of the present to make an unforgettable holiday.
Esentepe, Kyrenia / Karpasia Village area
Conveniently located Esentepe allows you to venture further East to the Karpaz Peninsula where even today you can experience rural life in North Cyprus. The rural feel of this coastal retreat which is nestled at the foot of the Kyrenia mountain range makes for the perfect holiday get away. The word Esentepe translates to mean windy hill. As you can imagine the heat intensifies as Cyprus goes into its summer months and so this breeze is a real plus protecting it from the searing heat. The villa is only a stones throw away from the new Championship Golf Course (www.korineumgolf.com) with great views, restaurants, bar and spa available to use – it’s the perfect place to relax.
Within a short drive there are ample family run restaurants and other amenities for your use. Acapulco Beach Club/Hotel is 8mins away and for only a small charge you may use their lovely sandy beach, pool and facilities. There is also Vogue which is slight closer offering similar facilities. There are plenty of beaches near by, one being the famous Turtle Beach which is a Turtle conservation beach. At certain times of the year you can watch the Green Turtles hatch and enter the water.

Conditions
20% Deposit required to secure the booking. Balance and £100 damages deposit due 8 weeks prior to your departure via bank transfer or cheque. The £100 damages deposit is refunded 7 days after departure of the villa (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Cancellations/ no final payment: Cancellations which are made 2 months prior to depature will receive a full refund, cancellations made between 2 months and 1 month prior to departure will receive a full refund minus the booking deposit. Any cancellations made with less than 1 month prior to depature will only receive the damage deposit.
Any bookings that have not made a final payment 18 days prior to departure will be classed as a full cancellation and the booking will be void and only the damage deposit will be returned.
Excess use of electricity (including air conditioning and immersion heater) will result in the loss/partial loss of your damage deposit
Strictly no smoking within the Property - Smoking in the garden/street is acceptable.
