A lovely seafront apartment, ideal for couples and families, enjoys a spectacular sea view. In an excellent location situated on the second floor in a nice complex with communal swimming and paddling pools, away from traffic yet only metres from two sandy beaches, cafes and shops.
The apartment benefits from hot and cold air conditioning. The fully furnished lounge/dining room has a double sofa bed, a large pouffe that converts to a single bed, coffee table, television, dvd player, Hi fi that plays radio, cd´s and tapes, sideboard, dining table and chairs.
Sliding glass patio doors lead to a private balcony with table and chairs to enable dining and relaxation overlooking the sea.
The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktops, ceramic hob with cooker hood over, microwave, refrigerator with ice box, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The fully equipped tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, w.c., bidet, and wash basin with illuminated mirror. The large bedroom, also with a sea view, has twin beds with individual bedside lights and cabinets, a large fitted wardrobe and a set of drawers with cupboard under. An electronic security safe which can be programmed with your own security code is also permanently fitted for the use of our guests. For your safety a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher have been installed.

The Ibiza region
--Ibiza-- In recent years, the 'Isla Blanca' or 'White Island' has become known as a destination for party-lovers, offering non-stop fun and one of the hottest nightlife scenes in the Mediterranean. But away from the entertainment hotspots, there are quieter resorts, which offer a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and attractions for families and older couples. The island also offers some interesting sightseeing, particularly in old Ibiza Town, with its fine historic buildings surrounded by ancient ramparts, and the interior of the island has some beautiful unspoilt countryside.
--Es Cana-- The main resort beach is set in a horseshoe bay with clean, fine sand and natural shade, backed by pine woods on the island's quieter north-east coast, Es Cana is a long-established little resort with a friendly, laid-back atmosphere. Es Cana has two beaches and both have been awarded the 'Blue Flag' for cleanliness.

Es Cana's relaxed, friendly atmosphere makes it an excellent choice for families and couples. Entertainment is relatively low-key, offering an antidote to hectic San Antonio. There are more than sufficient shops, bars and restaurants, many of them providing late-night entertainment.
Another attraction is the popular Wednesday “Hippy market”, originally started in the 1970’s and held in the open air. You will find a large number of open air craft stalls, although it does get very busy in the summer months.
A recent addition to the charm of Es Cana, is a purpose built promenade that stretches to Cala Nova in the North. For the more peaceful atmosphere, a number of neighbouring beaches can be reached by taking the coastal paths leading from the resort.

The water temperatures range from 18º C in May to 26º in August making the island ideal for all sorts of watersports, including waterskiing, jetskiing, sailing, windsurfing, parasailing, bananaboat or even a relaxing pedalo. ‘Nautical Sports Centre’ (just outside Es Cana in S'Argamassa) is a water sports Heaven. Jet skis, parachute sailing, banana rides, water skiing, boat rentals, beachside bar and restaurant under the pines. Sun, sea, sports, food and drink. Special Paella days on Sundays & Wednesdays.
---Climate and Weather on Ibiza --- From May to October the Ibicencan summer is hot and dry. In August and September the temperature rises up to over 30º C, and with water temperatures of 25º - 27º C, beach fans are right in their element.
From November to April the average daytime temperature is about 15º celsius - however when the sun comes out this can rapidly climb to 25º C. Ibiza in Winter is more a time for lazy beach walks, sport and touring around the island, stocking up on some well-needed Vitamin D (from all the sunshine!).
How to get there
On northeast coast, 12 miles northeast of Ibiza town, 3 miles from Santa Eulalia, 16 miles from airport. Regular summer bus and ferry services available to and from both Santa Eulalia and Ibiza Town.
Fly to Ibiza Airport and then hire a car or get a taxi to Es Cana.

Cleaning and linen change at the end of your holiday are included in the price , however, if you book for two weeks, a mid term towel and linen change is included but not an apartment clean. Beach towels are not provided , please bring your own. Please do not use the apartment towels for either the beach or swimming pool.
A deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance payable 10 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made within 10 weeks of departure date A refundable security deposit of £200.00 is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 10 days of return of the apartment keys to us providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.

Es Cana's main tourist season is 1st May to 31st October. During this period direct flights are available from the UK. Outside of these dates (in the closed season) you will have to fly via mainland Spain from the UK and very few bars, cafes and shops are open in Es Cana itself.
