About the home
You are looking at the rental page for a beautiful hot/cold air-conditioned apartment with one of the best views on the island of Ibiza. The apartment is located on the ground-floor of a superb complex nestled on the coast line of Es Cana town.
A home away from home, all the comforts of being at home while being on holiday! The modern apartment comprises of one bedroom, a living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The main bedroom is fitted with a good sized sliding wardrobe filled with beach items for your own use while staying at this retreat. It also has more free-standing wardrobe/dresser space so you can unpack your things and feel at home.
The bathroom boasts a fantastic shower/bath and large mirrored sink area, perfect for beautifying yourself after a day in the sun! It also has a washing machine and condenser tumble dryer, so you can keep your clothes smelling fresh all of your holiday or take only hand luggage and beat those airline charges.
In the main living/dining room there is a rustic wooden table with seating for six and two settees. These settees are the key because their tops are two full sized single beds and by sliding out the underneath of each of them reveals a further two single beds, which can be brought up to the same height as the settees. This gives the apartment the ability to sleep six in extreme comfort, ideal for families.
The kitchen has all mod cons including dishwasher, microwave, small oven, electric hob, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer and even deep fat fryer, to make homemade chips from the splendid Spanish potatoes. The apartment also has a TV/DVD player, ipod dock, iron and ironing board, set of plastic chairs and four plastic sun loungers to use upon the lawn located right beside the apartment; perfect area for families to catch the sun or for an afternoon drink with the sunset.
Finally the icing on the cake, the terrace. Relax here with a drink in one of the two rocking chairs or if you want the ultimate relaxation hook up the hammock and lie in peace listening to the lapping of the waves.
If water is your scene there is a perfectly sculpted pool with side kiddies pool and showers available. This is situated in the other section of the complex which is all secured with key access gates and has communal sun loungers.

Prior to your arrival the apartment will be thoroughly cleaned and fresh linen and towels provided, but we request that you refrain from using the apartment towels for outdoor use. However for 2 week+ stays there will be a midterm towel and linen change included at the end of each week.
25% deposit required on booking. Balance due no less than eight weeks before holiday. Full payment required if booking is made less than eight weeks prior to holiday.
Refundable security deposit of £200 to be paid with final payment, and will be refunded, following satisfactory inspection of the apartment, within eight days - provided no breakages/damage has occurred.

The Es Cana area
The apartment is situated in a neat little town called Es Cana, a place that as a great deal of serenity and a strong family vibe to it. The beach is a stone throw from the apartment and packed full of great facilities with beach bars, restaurants and sun-loungers available daily (even awarded the 'Blue Flag' for cleanliness).
Es Cana has a great variety of shops to cater for everything from essentials to gifts for those stuck back home! It has a good entertainment roster available each night throughout the many bars in the town giving a good buzz to the resort.
Es Cana is home to the original Hippy Market held every Wednesday - A must attraction for every age. Countless stalls offer a variety of trinkets and objet d'art are available to purchase while engaging performers provide musical and theatrical entertainment. A definite 'Shop 'til you drop' experience!
A number of neighbouring beaches are within a short walking distance over the coastal pathways. To the left of your panoramic terrace view the beaches of Cala Nova and Cala Lena. To the right, Es Cana, Cala Martina, Cala Pada, S'Argamassa and Niu Blau.

--Getting there--
Es Cana is 16 miles northeast of Ibiza town, 3 miles from Santa Eulalia and 18 miles from the airport. During the summer there are regular bus and ferry services available to and from both Santa Eulalia and Ibiza Town. Fly to Ibiza Airport and hire a car or go by taxi to Es Cana.

My husband and I had a fantastic holiday, the apartment was very comfortable, clean, tidy and has the most stunning views over the crystal clear waters! The apartment is fully equipped with all you need and the free wi-fi was a bonus! It is ideally located with beaches very close by and lots of places to eat within a 10 minute walk. We fell in love with the unspoilt Cala Nova beach and its funky beach bars serving great food, which was a 10 minute stroll from the apartment. If the beach is not your thing you could also relax at the pool or chill out on the spacious apartment balcony in the hammock provided! We hired a car for our 2 week holiday and explored alot of the island, it is a beautiful place and this apartment was a perfect base for our holiday. The owners are very friendly and pleasant to deal with and made our stay very easy and enjoyable, thank you! |

We have just returned from a week's stay at this lovely apartment. I was a little worried that we may find a one bedroomed apartment for 6 (2 adults and 4 children ranging in age from 9-17) a little small but not at all. In fact the apartment is bigger than it looks in some of the photos. We had a fantastic week and even managed to get up in time to watch the beautiful sunrise on a few occasions. Thanks to Kay who welcomed us to the apartment and showed us round and for the welcome pack. It was nice to know there was someone close by if we needed any help. The information booklet was really helpful too and the apartment really is a home from home, As said in previous reviews it is perfectly placed between 2 beaches and a 10 minute stroll to the centre of town. The children loved the swimming pool which was never crowded and the binoculars and hammock were a big hit too. We loved sitting out in the evening on the rocking chairs, it was so relaxing. Lastly thanks to Thomas who always answered all my email queries quickly. |

The apartment is very comfortable and has all the amenities you need and more besides. It is therefore possible to self-cater very easily if you choose not to eat out at the many and varied restaurants nearby. The view from the balcony is stunning, overlooking the sea. There are two lovely, sandy beaches within walking distance. The nearest offers pedalos and other water sports, the other is slightly further away and is more picturesque. Both have restaurant / café facilities on hand. The local contact for the apartment, Kay, is very friendly and welcoming. This was a stress-free booking, with everything being handled very efficiently and with great warmth, at each stage. If you're looking for a wonderful place to relax and recharge your batteries, this is the apartment to book!
