Suitable for 12 people, the newly built villa Ermioni is ideally situated within walking distance of the town centre and the harbour (10 min) which can be reached through Ermioni "old town". It's a really spotless house with great sea views (Ermioni village is a peninsula surrounded by sea). The villa is situated in a quiet area near the forest and is only 200 metres from the sea.
VILLA ERMIONI is a fully air-conditioned property. It's ideal for families that want to relax in a comfortable property and that wish to explore all that the area has to offer. There are many sandy beaches all around the area to enjoy. Ermioni is very close to many famous historical sites and islands which you can visit on daily excursions (Nafplio, Epidavros, Mycenae, Hydra island, Spetses Island and Poros islands).

The Peloponnese region
Peloponnese is in the south of Greece and is one of the most historically important areas of the country. Ermioni village is located in Argolida which is a prefecture in the East Peloponnese. Argolida is a highly developed prefecture, blessed with natural beauty, glorious beaches, charming villages and very interesting archaeological discoveries.
Ermioni is located in a sort distance where someone could visit many well known historical sites such as: Nafplio (1 h), the Ancient Theatre of Epidavros (45 min), the Mycenae Archaeological site and Museum (1.5 h). Daily visits to the island of Hydra (20 min), the beautiful island of Spetses (45 min) and the island of Poros (1 h) are considered very good excursions.Less than 2 hours, places like Mani, Olympia, Monemvasia, Diros Cave, Mystras (one of the best preserved Byzantine fortress) and many more, are worth visiting if you have the time to travel..
Ermioni / Ermioni Old Village area
Ermioni is only 180 kms from Athens and it is easy to visit the capital with its fantastic sights either by high speed boat or travelling leisurely by ferry. There is plenty to occupy you though in the traditional village of Ermioni with its beautiful sea views and excellent local restaurants.
How to get there
From Athens or Patra by car you can travel via Korinth canal and then follow directions for Epidavros and Spetses. Alternatively, you can travel by sea from Piraeus port, or we can arrange personal transfer to the villa upon request.
