From the owner

A prime oceanfront location in the north end of Ericeira's center overlooking the North Beach (Praia do Norte). Walking down to the North Beach and the neighboring São Sebastião beach takes you just a couple of minutes. Food stores, bakeries, coffees, bars, restaurants and nightclub are all close by. You won't need a car if you're intention is to surf and stay in Ericeira.

The recently refurbished first floor apartment is elegantly decorated and has a unique oceanfront location. It has 3 bedrooms: one with 2 single beds, one with 2 extra large single beds (1.50m) and a lounge/bedroom with a chaise lounge to be transformed into 2 single beds and a fold-out sofa for 2 extra persons. The latter is the chill area of the apartment with the chaise lounge, sofa bed and chairs facing the flat screen TV, with cable channels and Wifi for your entertainment. There's also a DVD player, so bring your kid's favorite shows along with your best surf movies.

The open-space kitchen has a nicely sized eating area facing the Atlantic ocean. It extends onto a small terrace with barbeque and some small tables and chairs to enjoy Ericeira's epic sunsets.

There is only one bathroom, but it has a large walk-in shower (big enough for 2) and modern bath tub and WC.

The views are really amazing, you can see down south as far as to the Sintra mountains and up North up to the Ribeira d'Ilhas beach.

Starting from 1st of January 2019 the local townhall of Mafra is charging a Tourist Tax (similar to Lisbon and Porto). This tax is mandatory for all guests, except children under 12 years and persons with disability of 60% or more. The tax is 2€/person/night (up to a maximum of 7 nights) and is charged separately in cash at arrival. Thank you for your understanding.

Since Friday 9th of July 2021, every guest at a hotel, hostel or private holiday home needs to provide either the EU Covid digital certificate or a pcr/antigen test (max. 24h old) in order to be able to check-in.

If you are coming by plane, I suppose you have those tests/certificates already.

I'll invite you to a self check-in, on one hand as a Corona measure and on the other hand to enable you to arrive independently of a fixed time. Located in the historical center, beaches, shops, restaurants and bars are pretty close and the center is not huge, you'll feel at home in an instance. I'm living nearby, so in case you need to resolve anything, just call me. For any further questions (like infos on surflessons, board rentals, airport transfer, winery and sightseeing tours, etc.) please don’t hesitate to contact me.

How do damage deposits work?
