About the home

The new apartment is just in front of the Ribeira d’ilhas beach, one of the most popular places for surfing. The beach is only five minutes walk away from the house and you are near the town centre.

The duplex has a suite (double bed and bathroom), a double bedroom and a single bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a balcony. Every room has splendorous view to Ribeira d’ilhas beach.

We ask guests to arrive after 3pm and leave before 11am on the day of departure.

25% of rental fee secures booking.

Refundable breakage deposit of €250 required 2 weeks before your arrival. To be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection).

Final payment required 4 weeks before your stay.
Think about taking out travel insurance to cover the unexpected and cancellation.

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region

The "Oeste" Region is privileged in several aspects, one of those is its wonderful seaside, where the exceptional beaches of delicate sand, cliffs and places of rare beauty, like the Berlengas archipelago and the calm Lagoa de Óbidos (lagoon). Places that make the delice of the visitants.

Traditionally appreciated for the excellency and quality of its products, the “Oeste” Gastronomy has its maximum exponent in the shellfish and fish dishes and in rural recipes that once were confectioned in Farms and Tillage Houses.

Visit Natural Reserve of Berlenga, Area of Protected Landscape in Serra de Montejunto, Cliffs of the "Oeste", Swamp of Tornada, Óbidos Lagoon, Natural Park of Serras de Aire and Candeeiros.

The Ericeira area

Ericeira is a fishing village in Portugal’s coast, 50 km (31 miles) northeast of Lisbon and very close to the mystical Sintra and Mafra. Well known as a favourite surf site all over the world, Ericeira is the host of various surf and bodyboard championships and summer festivals.

You will find the harmony of the “old village” with its narrow cobblestone streets, the young spirit of its people, its singular monuments, the sea and the vast sands, restaurants with an extensive variety of food and enjoy the spectacular beaches and the wonderful Atlantic views that Ericeira can offer you.

“Misleading - do not stay here” Grubby apartment, 42 minutes walk from centre of town. Only one bike available .....with a puncture!! Response: I am very dissatisfied by this review as it is absolutely false and it questions my credibility. As you can see on my profile I have had a lot of clients, I always provide a good service and before this date I have never had a negative review. I always do the check-in and greet the clients as well as confirm that the apartment is in good condition. On the last day I did the check-out with the clients and i got no complaint. The apartment is 2km from Ericeira that is to say 20 minutes on foot as referred to the profile. Furthermore, I do not provide any bikes at all, which proves once more that this review is false and misleading.
