Home description

The location is perfect, 200m far from the beach.
It doesnt have pool but it is not necessary because the beach is so close.
The beaches in the area are sandy long beaches.
At this one -Lizandro, there will be restaurants this Summer and bars.

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region

Ericeira is located more or less 40km far from Lisbon.
It is a town very well know because of the surf.
Also beacuse its beaches are sandy.
The climate is similar to Lisbon , during the Summer it can also be high temperatures.
You will find everything that you need in Ericeira: discos, bars, restaurants with all kind of food.
During the Summer there are several music festivals and also surf championchips .
Close to Ericeira is very importante to visist also the neighbour towns: Mafra, Praia Grande, Praia das Maçãs.
Sintra is also only 12 minutes driving.

Ericeira area

If you spend your holidays in Ericeira dont forget to visit the Mafra Convent, the clay factory on the way to Mafra.
There you will find all kind of china made out of clay.
You can also try the sausage bread.
A beautiful historical town is Sintra where you can also visit several interinting monuments: paracio da Pena, Palacio da Vila, castelo, Monserrate, Setais.
Dont forget to try the typical sweet of Sintra: queijadas and the travesseiros.
There are also several beaches in the area: Ericeira has sevral, then you can also go to Praia Grande, Praia das Maçãs.
If you want to visti the bif city Lisbon it is only 40 minutes driving.

The house is at a quite area only with houses.
It has a fantastic sea view.
The house has 2 floors.
There is a large living room with mezzanine and access to a balcony with a fantastic sea view.
There is a completed equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,
At the ground floor with direct access to the grassed garden there is also another large living room with 2 sofa beds.

At the checkin date on e of us will be witing to welcome.
If you arrive after 8pm there is a welcome pack for you

Conditions

Inside the prices there is : water, gas, electricity .
If you are renting for 2 weeks we offer you a cleaning in the middle.
Internet access it is possible with an extra price of 3 euros per day.
Final cleaning of 40 euros is not included at the price.
We accept pets but with an extra damage deposit.
For the reservation we ask for 50% by bank transfer and the rest at the arrival date.
We also ask at the arrival date for a damage deposit os 250 euros.
This damage deposit is to be returned to y ou at the end of your staying if there are no damamges inside the house.
