About the home

This 5 bedroom detached house provides accommodation over 3 floors with 2 King & 3 Twin rooms, 3.5 bathrooms (incl en-suite to Master Bedroom and Spa Bath in family bathroom). The living room/dining room offers views from its fabulous terrace of the wonderful Portuguese countryside and its private 8x4m heated pool. The garden has traditional BBQ and outside dining area for 10. The games room is equipped with table tennis/Playstation/DVD and fridge. Fully fitted modern kitchen with granite worktops and all amenities.

The house is situated in a quiet rural cul-de-sac just minutes from the local villages of Santo Isidoro and Ribamar with its fantastic selection of restaurants, fish and seafood being their speciality. The house is approx 30 mins from Lisbon and its airport and within easy reach of the stunning attractions of Sintra, Cascais, Estoril and many golf courses. The Lisbon coast is a world renowned surfing region and has an abundance of beautiful beaches several of which are in close proximity.

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region

The weather in Portugal is beautiful all year and Lisbon is a city that holiday makers will find exciting to explore with various places of interest. Wonderful views, restaurants and the discovery of Lisbon's history are just a few of the things that draw tourists to the region, as well as the Lisbon Coast which has spectacular beaches and is a truly dramatic section of the Atlantic coastline. Many of the beaches nearby are also world renowned by surfers.

The Ericeira / Santo Isidoro area

The nearest beach is Riberia D'IlHais which is a 3 min drive away. Most of the local beaches offer free parking, & small bars or beachside restaurants. The beaches are very clean and ideal for families to enjoy. Any keen surfers will enjoy the local beach.
Lisbon airport is about 40 mins drive from the Villa. You may also use Porto airport but this would be a considerable drive to the Property. Nearest villages are Santo Isidoro and Ribamar which are 2 mins away by car. Ericeira is 7 mins away by car and is a larger town with a very pretty cobbled pedestrian centre with cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. A selection of supermarkets are available by car in the surrounding area.

“Fantastic place for all the family, fab heated pool, close to fantastic beaches and picturesque towns” We recently stayed in the Villa Lamarmac and had a fantastic relaxed holiday. The villa is 40 mins from Lisbon in a picturesque little estate close to Ericeira. The villa offers all entertainment needs with a fantastic games room for the children and adults alike and also a wonderful heated pool which we couldn't get the kids out of everyday!!! We ate outside under the covered bbq area which was fantastic most nights. We found this villa to be a real home from home and really couldn't fault it in anyway. We had a brilliant family holiday and would definitely stay again.
