This apartment is extremely spacious and fitted out with all amenities to help you enjoy your stay. There is a bathroom with shower and separate toilet, a large kitchen, dining room and sitting room. With large windows overlooking the grounds filled with beautiful weeping willow trees creating a calm peaceful environment. However excitement is not far away,. Popular destinations being Chessington World of adventures, the dry ski slope at Sandown Race course and Thorpe Park in Chertsey.
When you are tired of all the fun of the fair there are a variety of National Trust properties just a stone’s throw away. Visit King Henry VIII’s Palace at Hampton Court, walk around the beautiful gardens of Clarendon Park in Bookham or Claremont in Esher. See the follies in Painshill Park Cobham, look at the horticultural gardens at Kew or Wisley and wander around the natural beauty that is Box Hill.
In the town there is a theatre, a 12 screen cinema, 2 Night clubs, 2 health and fitness clubs and a leisure centre with an Olympic sized pool. However if the bright lights of London beckon you as well in just 30 mins, by train( Epsom is on the main line to London), you can be in the heart of London to soak up the ambience of one of the most exciting capitals in the world.

The South East England / Surrey region
Surrey has beautiful rolling hills and quaint old fashioned historical places of interest. But it also has everything else to keep everyone entertained.
It has modern shopping centres in Guildford and Kingston. The weather can be variable but there is always somewhere to go or something to do within the surrounding towns and villages.
Epsom area
Epsom is a busy market town (Thursdays) with a weekly market and a Farmers’ market on the first Sunday of each month. Epsom is famous for it’s race course and the Derby racing festival every year in the first week of June.
This apartment is ideally situated to visit the races on Derby day with a short walk into town and a shuttle bus( every 2 mins) from the train station straight to the race course. All the fun of the fair, market stalls and lots and lots of people! Racing enthusiasts are also ideally situated for racing at Sandown in Esher. If your preferred sport is tennis Wimbledon is a short train or car journey. Alternatively Epsom is surrounded by national and international standard Golf courses.

How to get there
Enterprise car hire are located within walking distance of the apartment and the town centre.
The bus routes are easily accessible, running frequently to all local attractions and shopping centres.
The local rail station is within walking distance and has regular trains to London( every 20 mins) or the coast eg Brighton is just 1hour 30 mins away.
Although Gatwick is the nearest airport Heathrow is only 45mins drive.

Conditions
I have marked unsuitable for the elderly this is because there are stairs but they are very wide and very safe. So if the person is able to climb a single flight of stairs they would be fine.

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, balance payable 6 weeks before the date of your holiday. (Bank details will be provided for payment at the time of booking. When making your booking it will be reserved for 4 days until the booking deposit is paid. If payment is not received in this time you may lose your booking. Full payment is required for bookings made within 6 weeks of the booking date. No refund will be given unless the booking can be refilled in the event of cancellation.
In the event of cancellation the booking will not be refunded. However if the booking can be filled you will be refunded minus 20% for administration.
A welcome pack will be provided free of charge which includes tea, coffee, bread, milk, sugar, butter and jam. If you require anything else please let us know at the time of booking and we will be delighted to get it for you.
The apartement will be cleaned and linen and towels changed weekly or at the end of your stay. If you would like extra services this can be arranged at £30 per day.
There are no hidden costs but if you would like us to organise anything for you please ask and we will do our best to help.

We stayed during the Derby weekend ( 5 guys) and the apartment was centrally located and very spacious.
