"We spent enjoyable week's holiday in Ennistymon."

Ennistymon is a very attractive and characterful place, with dramatic falls and an intriguing history. There are also interesting places to visit in the surrounding area.

While staying there we went to Lahinch, the Cliffs of Moher, the Aran Islands (Inis Mor), the Poulnabrone tomb on the Burren, Ennis, Bunratty Castle and Limerick as well as exploring a number of churches, abbeys and other small places. There's a well presented museum at Ennis, which was informative.

Everyone liked the house, which was spacious and well-equipped, with a very pretty garden.

Many thanks for your introduction to County Clare.

So pleased - Thank You for your feedback and would be delighted to see you there another time. Marie & Ann

"Mixed feelings about holiday here!"

The house is nice and spacious with lovely garden. However the garden is open on to the owners sisters house and she was in around our property several times during the visit which we found intrusive.… More

Dear Carol, Thank you for your review of my house in Ennistymon. I was disappointed that your holiday did not live up to your expectations. However the house is set up for a maximum of 6 guests plus a baby with parking space for 2 cars. Ann needed to inform you that your party exceeded the booking made by Niamh Clavin for 5 adults plus a baby. She also asked you to park the 3rd car on the pavement rather than in front of her house. You will appreciate that there is a cost implication depending on the number of people using facilities. It was not her intention to intrude on you in any way. I appreciate that the shared part of the garden may be a problem for some. To get round this we have put extra table and chairs in the screened off part. Thank you for your comments which I have taken on board to facilitate clear communication.
With Best Wishes, Marie

"What a lovely holiday!!"

My friends and I stayed in this beautiful cottage for 2 weeks. We had such a lovely time and we were very happy with the cottage. It provides enough space for 6 people and everyone of us had the possibility to use it without being on another's nerves.
Also, the cottage provides everything you need (household appliances, towels, sheeds, ...) and was found in a very clean and tidy condition. The landlady was welcoming, friendly and very helpful when we needed something (e.g. tips about a garage as a tyre of our car broke down).
All in all, I would strongly recommend this cottage as it is in a beautiful position to discover Ireland and it was the perfect cottage for us.
