Quiet and peaceful yet only 4 miles from pubs and shops in the small friendly village of Derrygonnelly.Cottage set on a slightly elevated position with views over the clean fresh water.

Lough Erne is known the world over for fishing, it is also an ideal base for water sport, caving, golf, and rambling.Marina with private slipway.

Lough Erne Golf Resort is only 10 minutes drive from Tully Bay although a new course it offers championship golf with stunning views across the lough and surrounding countryside. Enniskillen is a thriving town only a 10 minute drive great for shopping, dining out, or nightlife with lots of entertainment at weekends.The beautiful beaches of Donegal are only a 35 minute car journey away.

The County Fermanagh region

The Enniskillen / Blaney area

The most remarkable natural feature in County Fermanagh is the River Erne, which winds through the centre of the county. It expands into an extensive, island-studded lake split into two parts - Upper and Lower Lough Erne - by the town of Enniskillen.
This bustling regional centre boasts a great range of shops and pubs, but still manages to retain a sense of traditional charm and character.
