This fabulous house is set on a prime location on the stunning Lough Erne Golf Resort and Spa with direct unspoilt views of Castlehume Lough. The property floods with light from a vaulted skylight through to a magnificent thai style reading or meditation area. The house has the most beautiful open plan living and kitchen area which is contemporary in style with double doors leading out to a semi enclosed bbq area, patio and views of the 5th tee box on the Lough Erne course and the stunning Castlehume lough. Upstairs there is a magnificent drawing room again with open gas fire and double doors to capitalise on the views of the Lough, golf course,the rope bridge and the hotel!

The property has all modern conveniences and is finished to a very high standard. Cooking facilities include an electric oven, microwave oven and 4 siemens gas rings. The glass topped dining table and chairs allow for stylish and practical dining. Dishwasher and separate utility room with extra sink allows for ease of tidying. Tumble dring facilities help with all weather conditions and 2 plasma TV screens, dvd players, music system and books are all aids to relaxation! There are also 2 beautiful bathrooms with power shower and rolled top freestanding bath for that extra pamper.

Private parking right outside the property. Semi enclosed bbq and stunning patio area with cast iron furniture. Look onto the 5th hole on the Lough Erne Golf Resort over the Caslehume lough and to the hotel. Walk over by the rope bridge and you will see swans and possibly the sea plane land!
The County Fermanagh region
The property is located at the fabulous Lough Erne Golf and Spa resort outside Enniskillen in Co Fermanagh.The hotel and golf village are built beside the 18 hole Faldo designed Lough Erne golf course and is adjacent to Casstlehume golf course. The town of Enniskillen is 3 miles away and the fabulous beaches of Donegal less than 30 minutes drive away.
The region has plenty to do including:-
For walks and places of historical interest, Castle Archdale Country Park,Castle Balfour,Castle Caldwell Forest, castle Coole, Crom Demense and Florence Court Estate and Forest Park. By ferry visit Devenish Island and Lough Erne!
Also there are the fabulous Marble Arch Caves which are an exceptionally interesting experience unique to this area of Ireland.

The house is located right beside 2 fabulous golf courses, that of Lough Erne and Castlehume.Castlehume and Lough Erne lakelands provide an opportunity for fishing, watersports and cruising. Another advantage is the Lough Erne hotel and Clubhouse where visitors can avail of casual and fine dining and book treatments in the Thai spa!

Stayed for 4 nights at Easter 2012. House was fantastic and in a wonderful location. Views of the Lough give the house a real holiday feel. Only 5 minute walk from house to the 5* Lough Erne Golf Hotel with all it's facilities. The house was beautifully decorated and our young family had a great time. Luxurious, modern house set in the relaxing and beautiful Lough Erne golf resort. Stunning views of the lake and golf course from the 1st floor lounge area. Within short walking distance of both Castle Hume golf club and Lough Erne hotel where there is a relaxing atomsphere and fabulous food on offer. House amenities and decor were all excellent. Very comfortable beds that were made up to a very high standard. It was apparent that a professional cleaning service had been used to turn the house around after the previous guests. Bed linen and towels were pristine and of very high quality. |
