Open plan living area seats 8 people. It is beautifully furnished with large bookcase which has a selection of books to cater for most tastes. A large wall mounted TV/DVD sits over the feature gas fire. The dining provides seating for 6/8 people. An additional sofa sits at the end of the kitchen.

The luxury fitted kitchen has black granite worktops and Belfast sink. It includes oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The separate utility room has a washer/dryer and clothes airer.

There is an additional cloak room on the ground floor.
