"Warm hospitality, very comfortable accommodation and a beautiful setting"

Rathnure Cottage is set in the grounds of Monksgrange, a working stud farm set in beautiful surroundings. We were met by Ben and Joyce who were extremely welcoming and helpful, and this was the case throughout the duration of our stay - there was someone always available in case of need, although we had no need to call on them as we had no problems. Caroline, who works with Ben and Joyce, got my laptop connected to the Wi-Fi within minutes, and also made herself available in case of any issues.
The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with everything we could need, including an endless supply of fuel for the wood-burning stove. We quickly made friends with the resident fauna, the 2 lovely dogs, the friendly pot-bellied pig, and the hens.
We enjoyed walks in the grounds and several games of tennis during our stay, and the cottage is only around 20 minutes from Enniscorthy or 30 minutes from Wexford - an ideal spot to keep the whole family happy.
We are delighted to have found a new base in Ireland and hope to return very soon.
