Our beautiful 3 bed villa with private solar heated pool is the perfect place to relax and unwind. With nearly 3000sq foot of living space this is a truly luxurious property offering all the amenities one would expect. The villa has been built and furnished to the highest standards with all rooms, apart from the 3rd bedroom, having direct access to the pool area. The villa comprises large Master Bedroom with King bed, 32” cable TV, private sitting area, En-suite bathroom with double sinks and Roman shower, large walk in wardrobe and direct access via sliding doors to the pool deck. The "Augusta" bedroom with its queen size bed and large built in wardrobe also has the benefit of 24” cable TV and direct access to the pool deck. The third bedroom with twin beds and portable DVD/TV lies to the front of the property with no direct access to the pool area making it ideal for children. The family bathroom with bath and shower is situated between the two guest bedrooms and has direct access to and from the pool area. The large open plan Great Room, with cathedral ceilings is light, airy and spacious. Furnished with comfortable sofas and occasional tables this is the ideal setting for relaxation. A 42” cable TV with DVD player provides all your entertainment needs for both inside and outside. The large formal dining room with its granite and glass table will comfortably seat 6. Full width sliding doors open out from the Great Room on to the pool deck creating a wonderful indoor/outdoor living space. The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar looks out over the whole living space making the preparation of snacks, drinks and meals a sociable affair. The breakfast nook is convenient for informal meals and snacks. Directly off the kitchen is the laundry with large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer, separate laundry sink and access to the double garage. The private pool and pool deck (lanai) has a south west aspect and is fully screened making it ideal for sunbathing. Furnished with a large patio table which easily seats 8, loungers, deck chairs and a gas BBQ the deck will enable you to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and balmy Floridian nights. Our friendly local management company is always on hand to answer your questions or deal with any problems you may encounter and is responsible for cleaning the villa before and after your visit. The Florida / Florida Gulf Coast region
The villa is situated in Rotonda on the Cape Haze Peninsula in Charlotte County. Being near the town of Port Charlotte there is easy access to all that Florida has to offer. This is one of Florida's best kept secrets with numerous beautiful, white sandy beaches just 15 minutes drive away. it is also a nature lovers paradise with birds and wild life in abundance. A holiday in Rotonda can be as active or as lazy as you want to make it. Within the immediate area, less than 10 minutes drive from the house, are 5 18 hole golf courses whilst coureses within a 20 min drive are too numerous to count. The area also boasts world class fresh and salt water fishing along with unlimited boating opportunities. Hire a boat and explore the intercoastal waterways down to Punta Gorda or up to Venice. Alternatively, charter a boat and skipper to take you out into the Gulf to catch Marlin and watch sunsets you couldn't imagine.
Englewood / Rotonda area
Tampa with it's International airport, Bush Garden Theme Park, fine dining, shops, restaurants and beaches is a mere 90mins north. Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World in Orlando is a 2.5 hour drive as is Miami and the Everglades. Closer to home is Sarasota and Fort Myers (60 mins) Punta Gorda and Venice(20mins) Port Charlotte has the nearest shopping mall with Macy's, JC Penny, Sears, Bealls and Dillards all offering prices well below those found in the UK. The Outlet shopping Mall at Ellenton is a 60 min drive and well worth a visit There are numerous restaurants and bars within easy driving distance offering every nationality and style of cuisine you could want with prices to suit every pocket and occassion

Direct flights are available from the UK to Tampa (90 mins) and Miami (2.5 hrs) with Virgin Atlantic and British Airways. Southwest Florida airport is also an option for non-direct flights Car hire is available at all airports
