This executive home is furnished to the highest standard with overhead fans in all rooms. It comprises 3 Bedrooms, each with a double bed, side table, wardrobe and reading lamp. The living Room has a sofa, coffee table, side table, cd player, colour tv & dvd player, internet connection, breakfast bar and stools. the kitchen is small but complete fitted with oven, electric hob & extractor, microwave, fridge and full cooking utensils.
There are two Bathrooms each with a shower, sink , towel rail, W.C. One bathroom houses the utility cupboard with ironing & ironing board and a hoover.
The swimming Pool is solar heated and there is complimentary parking in the driveway garage.

Englewood / Rotonda area
Englewood is renowned for its prestigious golf courses and magnificent white sandy beaches all within a short drive. The area offers activities such as deep sea diving, dolphin watching, sailing and great shopping. This is the unspoiled Florida which is an ideal spot to enjoy the glorious sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

Beaches, saling, water sking, boat hire, wind surfing are all less than 45mins away from the property. Fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, golf, tennis, sports centre are all less than 15 mins away from the property. A choice of restaurants, theatre, shopping and food shops are all less than 15 mins away by car.
Our villa is located in the tranquil & friendly community of Rotonda and is just 15 minutes from a superb selection of white sandy beaches. There is excellent sea and river fishing plus boat hire and water sports. For keen golfers Rotonda is home to 4 spectacular golf courses and another 50 clubs are within 30 minutes drive. The area is a shopper’s paradise with South West Florida's largest mall only a short drive from the villa. Locally Lemon Bay, Gasparilla Island, Port Charlotte and Venice provide a huge array of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.
The 32-acre ROTONDA COMMUNITY PARK is a few minutes walk away and features a multipurpose sports field, two tennis courts, a picnic pavillion, a bike path that snakes its way through the area's nature preserve and rest room facilities.
On further exploration, the soft Gulf beaches stretch for miles and never seem to be crowded. Most beaches have public amenities and those around Englewood are safe for young and old alike. If you prefer something with a more Caribbean setting, take a trip over the toll bridge onto Gasparilla Island. Caught in a time capsule, this beautiful little island hosts multi-million dollar properties and exciting beaches sharing their treasure chests of shells and fossiled sharks teeth with collectors.
Golf is a 'must' for many Americans and in an area where the weather is good and life is for enjoying, golf courses come as standard and you will be spoilt for choice. There are currently 6 courses within the Rotonda Development and upwards of 30 outside within a 15-20 mile radius. From May to October the courses are quiet and tee times can often be arranged the same day.
Many courses include an electric golf kart as part of the fee and a few courses insist on their use. Our local offices are happy to arrange golf holidays for individuals or groups and this can be arranged through the Homesearch office or directly with them.
