There is a large heated swimming pool with plenty of area surrounding it to chill out and relax in the warm sun. The pool is undercover in a beautiful green garden surrounding providing the perfect setting. Relax reading a good book or sipping on the beverage of your choice.
The property is an ideal family holiday home with ample space and everything you could require. There is a large open plan kitchen for whipping up some fantastic treats for the family. The lounge has plenty of seating and a TV for you to chill out and watch your favourite satellite TV shows after a day out exploring the many sites to be seen in Florida.

The Florida / Florida Gulf Coast region
The Florida Gulf Coast is a perfect location for a holiday for everyone. The area boasts soaring temperatures in the summer ranging from 85 - 93. The area is an old fishing region and the waters are particularly good surrounding Englewood.
The region is particularly good for nature lovers. There are many different species of birds, large and small. It is ideal for fishing, tennis, golf and horse riding. There are so many things for you to see with nature reserves and state parks to be explored. The nature trails are perfect for seeing various species of wildlife.
Englewood area
There are many things to do and see in Englewood. It is home to some fantastic beaches where you can top up your tan whilst playing frisbee, taking a boat out, hunting for shells, and relaxing as you enjoy the sunsets. Activities to be found in the area are biking, snorkelling, diving, windsurfing, jet-skiing, museums shopping and much much more.
Englewood local Playhouse theatre is in Old Englewood. The cast of the plays are local performers and draw large crowds. Old Englewood host several art exhibits and galleries. Englewood has 15 golf courses within a 10 mile radius. There are many churches, two libraries, and several hometown restaurants.

Our area is serviced by three major airports, Tampa which is 90 miles from rental, Sarasota 45 miles and Ft. Myers is about 65 miles. All three are close to I 75 a major freeway highway.
