Our New Home is situated on the lovely Rotonda West, which boasts some of the best Golf Courses around. Yet at the same time, there is something for all the family to enjoy. The beach is just 10 minutes away and Busch Gardens just 90 minutes away. For those of you who love to shop, there are an abundance of centres to visit.
The rear of our home is southwest facing on greenbelt and enjoys the sun all day long. We have 3 Bedrooms , 2 Queen beds one with master on en-suite and 1 twin room. Our home is well equipped for all your vacation needs.

The Rotonda adjoins the small town of Englewood that has a wide range of shops and services including a 24 hours Walmart Supercentre within 10 minutes drive. Rotonda is a safe, quiet community situated on the Cape Haze peninsular which has been designed around 4 full size golf courses and a network of canals.
There are a great number of restaurants, from casual to formal dining. There are also plenty of supermarkets and shops. For the more serious shopper there is an excellent shopping mall at Port Charlotte, which is only 15 minutes drive from the Villa.

I was going to say how very much we enjoyed our stay at your villa which we thought was delightful. We had a really good break in Englewood. The weather was excellent - the only poor day was the last one when we had to drive back to Tampa so it did not matter.
Just wanted to let you know that we loved your house and we really enjoyed ourselves. We had been housesitting in a early 1900 house so it was good to be in somewhere modern and more inline with our own decor at home. we enjoyed the pool area, especially looking for the wildlife along the water way. We did spot a turtle, herons and egrets on a daily basis.
