This luxury waterfront home is your perfect Florida vacation home located on the beautiful west coast of Florida.

There is a private dock for boat mooring and fishing. Fishing rods and tackle are provided—a fifteen pound snook was once caught from our dock! Dolphins visit frequently.

Built in 2002, the home features a fantastic harbour view, a luxury swimming pool/hot tub, and a screened lanai. Beautifully furnished, this three-bedroom/two-bath, Key West-style villa features a 25' x 25' great room with 24-foot sliding glass doors providing a full view and wonderful outdoor/indoor living. Enjoy water views from every room, and ten-foot aquarium window in the dining room.

The Florida / Florida Gulf Coast region

The gulf coast of Florida boasts near perfect weather and breezes coming from the Gulf of Mexico can be described as natural air conditioning. Few places in Florida can boast of so many tropical beaches and it is world famous for its fishing, as well as water based activities on offer

The Englewood area

Prime fishing is found in Lemon Bay and Stump Pass. As an aquatic preserve, Lemon Bay is also an underwater ecosystem of mangrove, sea grasses and oyster communities. For avid golfers there are eight golf courses in Englewood itself and even more in surrounding towns. Those who enjoy wildlife and want to see the natural beauty of Florida will also be catered for in the form of Environmental Centres and parks. Myakka River State Park offers kayaking, canoeing and hiking to name just one.

Englewood hosts many activities for all to enjoy in the form of festivals and shows such as the Florida International Air Show featuring the Blue Angels, Manasota Beach Art Show and the 4th of July fireworks. “A beautiful home in a tranquil location” We stayed here for 3 weeks and loved the peaceful location, the house and the amazing view! The house has all the comforts of home and more! There are supermarkets, shops and restaurants just a short drive. We had dolphins swimming by the house almost every day which was amazing!
