Luxury new south facing villa on freshwater canal,south facing large pool, totally separate family room, living room,2.5 bath, minutes from five golf courses and white sandy beaches

Our home has been built to exacting standards with 2400 square feet under air conditioning and has been tastefully and interestingly decorated. With more living space than most villas you have plenty of room to relax!

This spacious villa has more living space than most with a great room, separate family room (which can convert into an additional double bedroom), nook for casual dining and a separate formal dining room together with three bedrooms, kitchen, laundry room, two internal bathrooms and one poolside bathroom.

The huge Master Bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed and its en-suite bathroom has an oversized walk-in roman style shower, twin vanity unit and a separate toilet unit. There is a queen-size bed in bedroom two and twin beds in the third large bedroom. Each bedroom has a TV/DVD player, clock radio and lamps as well as walk-in wardrobes. There is an additional bathroom for the use of the second and third bedrooms. Both bathrooms have hairdryers.

The rear of the villa has three sets of patio doors plus one additional glass door providing access to the pool from the master bedroom, great room, nook and family room. Together with the picture windows these glazed areas provide plenty of light in the villa as well as good views of the pool and the canal.A formal dining room which can comfortably seat eight leads to a fully equipped kitchen, dining nook and breakfast bar. There is also a spacious, sunny family room with a sleeper sofa for extra guests, as well as a digital TV, surround sound DVD/Hi-fi, books and games.

There is an additional area, alongside the pool, for al fresco dining with table and chairs. Poolside loungers are also provided for those relaxing sunbathing days. There is a pool bathroom and external shower for your convenience. From the privacy of your own pool, relax and enjoy the peaceful tranquility in one of the most beautiful areas of Southwest Florida.

The villa is in a private, prime location, and is within a short drive of beautiful white beaches. There are a number of golf courses nearby for every handicap. Pinemoor is just two minutes away. You will be spoiled for choice for eating out and for shopping. Visit local wildlife parks and take in a baseball game or bull riding in Port Charlotte. Go deep sea or fresh water fishing, hire a cruiser from the many marinas, do a day trip to the Everglades, or amble along a beach shelling. Our villa is in the ideal location for a glorious Florida vacation.

The Florida / Florida Gulf Coast region

Rotonda Sun in Rotonda is located on the Cape Haze Peninsular in South West Florida often referred to as ‘Florida’s Best Kept Secret’ and is located a 10 minute drive from Port Charlotte which was voted as the 'Best Place to live in the South' by 'Money Magazine' several times, and one of the overall top five 'Best places to live in America'.
Rotonda is renowned for its golf courses with five just a few minutes from the villa. There are at least 40 golf courses within easy reach. The villa is a short distance from the many beautiful unspoilt white sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico where the sea is always warm.
Myakka River State Park is one of Florida's oldest and largest state parks. The Florida Wild and Scenic Myakka River flows through 53 square miles of wetlands, prairies and woodlands. Myakka is popular for hiking, fishing, camping, and wildlife observation and is a short drive from Rotondasun.

The Englewood / Rotonda area

This villa is perfectly located just minutes away from both Boca Grande and Englewood beaches. Shops are within a short drive with centre of town being only five miles away.For serious shopping go to Prime Outlets in Ellenton and Miromar Outlets in Fort Myers. The villa is surrounded by 5 golf courses all within the Rotonda area. There are also tennis courts and recreational parks nearby just a 5 minute cycle ride away.
Water recreation around Englewood includes fishing (tarapon seaon is very popular). Hire a speed boat and spend a day on the gulf of Mexico or among the many sandy coves, shelling,swimming, searching for pre-historic sharks teeth, snorkeling, shrimping and clamming. Nearby you will find kayak and wave runner rentals.

“Great Villa, nice relaxed area” Stayed in June for twelve nights. The villa is terrific nicely furnished, great pool area and barb'q. There is a nearby (five mins car) Publix and a Wal-mart a wee bit further on. We went to the beaches at Stump and Englewood as well as up to Siesta Key which is a further drive. Stump is a bit coarse sand and Siesta Key is stunning. Nicely placed for Port Charlotte as well as heading down to Naples. There is some wild life nearby with a wee Alligator in the burn at the back of the villa as well as turtles and herons. We headed down here after flying in from Manchester, lunacy really, either fly to Tampa or stop in Orlando and do a days shopping and get a cheap hotel for the night. The drive back wasn't an issue, we also had a Sat Nav which is well worth getting. This would be a good Villa for couples or a young family looking for a quiet holiday near the coast. Say if your kids were too young to be spending £1000 on tickets to Disney's Zoo etc and they wouldn't really get on the rides. The owners were very helpful, great to deal with and it will be on our list for future stays in Florida.
