About the home

This is a luxury villa situated in a quiet, serene and safe residential district with a scenic view overlooking a waterway, and is just 15 minutes walk from the golf clubhouse. The villa has two enormous master suites, each with its own private Jacuzzi bath plus shower and en-suite facilities, both opening onto the private pool area. This makes it ideal for 2 families sharing as everyone gets the best room! The third and fourth bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and twin beds, respectively and share a bathroom conveniently situated between them. The fifth bedroom has a good-sized, sofa bed and utilises the pool bath on the opposite side of the corridor. The villa is spacious and light to make the most of the south facing aspect. The pool area, which includes a spa, has been extended to provide additional space and comfort for outdoor leisure, sunbathing and, of course, dining alfresco. - Floridian style. Ample pool furniture makes it an ideal area to relax, have fun, or just sit looking over the lake at the sunset. The Villa is air conditioned throughout and has a high standard of décor, furnishing and cleanliness. The kitchen has a breakfast nook and comes equipped with a full range of equipment including cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Duvets, bed linen and toweling are provided for each bedroom and bathroom. The property is maintained by a local management agency who are also engaged by the owners to provide a first class 24/7 service to all guests to ensure that their comfort, welfare and needs are met.

Beautiful Florida wild life can be experienced both at the villa and within easy reach and the wonderful sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are within 10 to 15 minutes by car. The theme parks of Central Florida are within easy reach for a day out. For the serious shopper, the mall at Port Charlotte is 20 minutes drive from the villa.
The villa is ideally placed for visiting the fashionable districts of Venice, Siesta & Longboat Keys, Naples and the islands of Captiva, Sanibel & Marco which are also well known for the popular hobby of shell collecting. All of these resorts lay on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico, offer numerous shopping malls, museums, first class restaurants, state parks etc and are within reasonable driving distance. Further to the north are the theme parks and tourist attractions at Tampa (2 hours) and Orlando (3 hours) whilst to the south there is the Everglades National Park (2 hours) near Naples. “Ideal for 2 couples travelling together, oh yes and a lovely property” As there were 4 of us, 2 couples, the fact that this property had 2 master ensuite bedrooms was ideal. The property is furnished to a very high standard making the stay that much better. I would recommend this property to anyone.

“It's a absolutly great house!” We liked this house so much! it was very clean - the inventary of th house is great, included the pool and the whirlpool. The rooms and the bathrooms are beautifully and largely. The kitchen is practically furnished.

“Great villa for a reasonable price” Villa Zambezi is a very nice villa, roomy and confortable. It was all very clean. We spend a lot of time with the grandchildren in the swimming pool and the spa (both heated) and they loved it. Even better then the Gulf beaches. Contact (e-mail) with the owner was a pleasure, fast response, all the information I asked for. The villa is easy to find and has all the things you need. It is a 20 minute drive to the beach. Shops are rather close by (Publix and Walmart). We (6 adults and 3 children) had a great vacation!
