About the home

Our beautiful new four bedroom home is situated on Rotonda West, a peaceful community on the Cape Haze peninsula.

Superb Beaches, golf, fishing, fantastic shopping and excellent dining are within easy reach.

Rotonda lies between Sarasota and Fort Myers and is an easy drive from Orlando, Miami or Tampa.

Waterside Villa is a stunning four bedroom property built to the highest standards by one of Florida's premier builders, and completed in February 2007.

The villa offers over 2200 square feet of air conditioned living space and provides a completely relaxing vacation environment. The hub of the villa is a beautifully appointed Great Room complete with entertainment centre. It also contains a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area in the nook, a separate study/den for those quieter moments and four large bedrooms. Two TV/DVD players are provided for use in the bedrooms which all have cable TV points.

The house has been furnished to the highest standards throughout with luxury leather furniture, a 42 inch plasma HD TV, CD system, DVD player, Cable TV and all the features you would expect in a quality home. There is a laundry room complete with large washing machine and tumble drier, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner

The sleeping accommodation comprises of two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, and has been designed to allow two familes sharing the villa to do so in complete privacy with both a double and twin bedroom on either side of the Great Room.

The rear of Waterside Villa faces West, allowing you to experience sun all day and spectacular sunsets over the canal.

The large covered lanai provides an exceptionally relaxing environment for al fresco dining on our very comfortable outdoor furniture. The screened pool area is perfect for young and old, and offers a great degree of privacy. When required, the pool can also be electrically heated for a small charge.

We have extended the sundeck area surrounding the pool, and it easily accommodates the supplied loungers and pool chairs on both sides.

Rotonda is a golfer's paradise with many excellent courses nearby. For your convenience, we are able to arrange a golf package which allows golf on four quality local courses for a nominal fee.

Very productive fresh water fishing is available on Pinehurst Creek which literally backs on to the villa.

Spectacular sea fishing is also available nearby, including boat hire and charters. The villa is 15 minutes away from Boca Grande, the world famous Tarpon fishing venue.

The Englewood / Rotonda area

Rotonda is a short drive from Englewood and Port Charlotte which contain a wide variety of shops and supermarkets.

This is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation, with great opportunities to indulge in the outdoor life - golf, fishing, sailing, walking, cycling.
