This pretty villa has spacious accommodation with 4 bedrooms - 2 x large double bedrooms upstairs, 1 x single room & full bathroom (shower, bath, bidet, twin sinks & W.C), 1 x twin bedded room downstairs with bathroom (bath, shower, W.C, hand basin). Oak fitted fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher,etc) with table & 4 chairs in kitchen and patio doors on to south facing breakfast terrace with further table & 6 chairs. There is a separate games room (ping-pong table, etc). Lounge/dining room has a hint of Italian decor, south west facing with large teak patio doors opening on to wood sun deck and swimming pool with feature cascading waterfall.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
The villa is well located for the main towns of Figueres & Roses. The Salvador Dali Museum & open markets on tuesdays & thursdays are in Figueres, just 7km away by car or bus. The pretty fishing town of Roses with its many restaurants and promenade along the beach front is also 7km away in the opposite direction. Various golf courses such as Perelada & Torremirona Golf are close by. Cadaques - the birth place of Salvador Dali and home for Picasso is only 20 minutes drive. For a medieval experience visit the walled town of Pals or the romanic city of Besalu. If you have time, visit the Cathedral & Jewish quarter of the city of Girona.
Empuriabrava area
Villa located on edge of Empuriabrava. A unique town built on canal waterways (modern Venice) with main marina and fine golden beaches . You can water ski, jet ski, windsurf even do a parachute jump in Empuriabrava. There is also a gym with indoor swimming pool, children's play park and riding centre within walking distance of villa. There is a supermarket, petrol station, bank machine, ten pin bowling alley, bakers and restaurant within 300metres.

Closest airports are Girona (30mins drive), Perpignan (45mins) & Barcelona (1hr 30 mins). Various flight companies arrive at these airports, including Ryanair & Easyjet. Train connections available from Barcelona & Girona. Car hire & local taxis available.
